Because on football social media Muslims LOVE to input their religious beliefs AND they regularly claim that Israel is not a legit political state; especially when Israel loses in sporting events or qualifies for it; hence why Indonesia lost their hosting rights for the shit they tried to pull.

On the regular social media Muslims do this annoying shit when there's no reason for them to do so and so I am happy to finally get them to shut up and keep that shit out of football social media. I love seeing them angry because it gets them to stop with that stuff and give people a break from the pollution of their rants.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Can't wait to see how far they go.

That being said, I know that we need to fix our stupid defense; like seriously we need to stop letting ourselves in these situations and stop waiting until we are down a goal to play seriously and good.

There’s ignorance from every background , you can’t just say all Muslims are that way . Anyway you’re doing the same thing by bringing it up in a football forum . Just saying

I am not disagreeing with you on that; I don't generalize but they tend to do that on social media and I will vent my distaste for such things. Sports media pages are known for having toxic behavior like that.

I really don't give a ********; I genuinely wouldn't go on this rant if this wasn't a common thing to see on social media on their end.

After all, it's no different when we call out other groups of people behaving or saying things in particular no? So why treat this group any different?

No one, is gonna be free from being called out for their shit.

So, how was the game? By the looks of it, wasn't great. Did we struggle with Senegal's physicality?

Also I'm pleased to hear about Israel. I enjoyed watching them in the first game

We struggled at first but as expected being down a goal awakens something on us. That being said, Senegal would on occasion out muscle us and we would eventually get that equalizer.

Wow I just saw the goal. That was really really awful. The kind of mistake you make when playing with your friends in the street.

well, these things can happen at the U20 level.

This. Let's keep the football threads to football.

Excited for the Maccabees. My family will have two teams in the next round (my wife is Israeli) but I'd obvi have loved Japan to go through too so we could have all three.

I can't believe they beat Japan. Reminds me of the WC when Greece somehow made it to the next round lol.

I wonder what's it going to take for us to get an easy group like Argentina or the US. We always get the most even groups possible

I just saw the Israel highlights, that perfectly placed ball for the first goal was incredible. Also, Turgeman looked great again.

We play a 3rd place team then the winner of Italy/England.

then winner of Argentina/Ecuador/South Korea both play a 3rd place team

so semi final route could be good just these dudes need to stop giving up a early goal to brain farts or pks

according to wikipedia, we would get someone from Group A,B or F, which currently means either New Zealand, Slovakia or Honduras. Im sure this will change depending on the games that are left but any of those would be great. Afterwards if we get through, we get Italy/England.

would love to knockout England personally, but would enjoy seeing us play Italy because I don't think i've ever seen it happen

possibly might run into Argentina for the semi's if we even get that far and would avoid Brazil and the US until a hypothetical final.

Israel have Uzbekistan, couldn't have gone better for them, but if they go through then they need to deal with Brazil assuming they go through

We played better than I thought we would with a bunch of benchers.
Ironically it was one of our best potentials and starter at CB who made such a bad mistake.

I like Angel for the most part but he should have put us up 1-0. Other than that negative he does tend to put low shots on target which is what we need.

Once again we showed some perseverance and came back from a deficit which builds character.
Hopefully in the knockouts we take the lead and keep the leads. That would be nice for a change.

Also hope we are working on our penalties.

looks like we're playing Slovakia, ill take it. Probably would have preferred New Zealand but Slovakia are just fine. They only won 1 game which was against Fiji. They lost both games to Ecuador and the US. We should be fine as long as there are no stupid mistakes

game is Wednesday at I think 1:30pm US Time

Yeah we SHOULD win but this team lacks defensive discipline; they need to play as good as possible against them to set them up against England/Italy in the next round.

This team has heart and drive but scoring goals won't matter if we can't keep goals out of our own net.

Jesus France has been shockingly one of the worst teams at this tournament. They gonna be eliminated at this rate.

Ah so even if they won with a lot of goals they wouldn't get top 4 3rd place teams? Nvm.

Only thing I would be concerned about is if they just shut down shop and play for penalties and we find a way to get eliminated.

Other than that scenario I think we should be okay. Score an early goal and we should be advancing
