Looking at Luton’s squad you could ask the same question for quite a few of them. Don’t know if he’s ready but he’ll probably be interested in that move.
There’s actually no point Luton going up as the only thing they will be known for will be being relegated with the lowest points total Ever
well with our relegation confirmed I'm really hoping Ben Nelson, Sammy Braybrooke & Will Alves can make the step up to the first team next season

I assumed Drameh, Cresswell, Gelhardt etc will all be needed by Leeds next season. Depends what they do with their squad I guess.
Bit of a weird one for Drameh with his loan club getting promoted and his parent club getting relegated.
And I'm hoping they let George Hirst go for a song as in our system he'll be a good Championship striker
Bate as well I guess and very true. Relegation must have been heartbreaking but at least they do have quite a few young players that have gained some experience and could be real assets in the championship. Whereas Leicester have a few but I think they're a year or so away

With Gray switching only Palace and Chelsea had a majority of their starting line up as English eligible last week end and Chelsea won’t do that again in the league anytime soon I suspect. It’s possible most weeks next season have no teams with a majority of English players starting.
The Athletic are saying he will reject any move as he wants to stay and fight for his Chelsea place unless Pochetino basically tells him he is unwanted.
It’s possible in the years to come Man United could have four of their homegrown spots belonging to non English eligible players because of how many young non English players they brought in during the last few years.
Who do we think will be the striker options for the next U21 batch? (2002 born to 2004, keep the 2005 for U19 level) Mubama, Perkins, Oakley-Cannonier, Gelhardt, Delap, Scarlett, Jebbison, Leaburn Mateo-Joseph. Off the top of my head so might have missed a few. I think I would start the U21’s squad with Mubama and Delap. I know Delap is struggling but there is something there with him that I would persist with. Mubama looks impressive and has a good skill set.
I think Delap will have to improve a bit to be sure of remaining involved after March. But it does feel like they will call him up in September.
I wonder what the English starting average will be next season as I’m sure some of the teams with good numbers often this season like Chelsea and Newcastle won’t be quite as good next year.

Reiss Nelson was approached by Italian, French and English clubs but his priority has always been Arsenal: the agreement is imminent. ⚪️🔴 #AFCNew long term deal, almost agreed two weeks ago — it’s about final details then Nelson will sign until June 2027 plus option included. pic.twitter.com/NYd6If1iKw— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) June 7, 2023
