Love how you stored that and pulled it out when appropriate. Good on you.

i expect he will given what happened to Kahn and Salihamidžić.

i also don't see how he'd ever be ahead of Goretzka or Kimmich. probably a nothing story. doesn't make much sense. i believe they used Stanišić as a DM as well and were quite satisfied with him. could be wrong though

^ It may depend on the ownership, but he is well qualified for sure.

VdS certainly is qualified and knows the club plus has (what I understand or hear) to be a strong relationship with ETH - ticks all of the boxes

It makes too much sense so it's probably not going to happen.

The partnership between the two clubs reportedly proposes that the Major League Soccer side sign Messi before immediately loaning him to Barcelona, allowing him to play one final season for the his beloved Blaugrana before heading off for an international swansong with Argentina at the 2024 Copa America, which will be hosted in the United States.

The deal will have the dual benefits of allowing Barcelona to circumvent the strict financial restraints they face in LaLiga while also giving Inter Miami the perfect platform to parade their new signing, but will they pull it off? Watch this space.

Not a great watch this final - but with Sevilla (as we know ourselves) falling over every five minutes and surrounding the ref and with Roma doing the same, makes for a very fragmented and hard to watch game.

Sevilla have some truly special luck in this competition.... because they are simply not good.

Roma need to take blame for this. they are behind the 8 ball already

The 2nd extra half was meant to be 15 minutes.

Had 6 minutes extra time signalled (21 minutes total) and ended up with over 11 minutes added (over 26 minutes total). Both teams happy to waste time.

Kinda summed up the final - two teams who don't want to attack, but can defend and waste time.

Jose taking it to a penalty lottery when his strikers are off the pitch and with Sevilla record with this competition was somewhat suicidal.

Sevilla won't care - the history books say they won again.

Grates a bit that we handed our tie to them gift wrapped - but that was on us ...

FFS, we had this team on the ropes 2-0 up and we threw it away, thanks Harry & Co.
