I went back and checked the 5/22 STH email I got from the Quakes. The form apparently automatically updates and has 5/27 closed, so couldn't verify who did it last night.

Mensah is doing selfies on 6/24.

Player TBD on 9/16. I signed up for that. (Love a good mystery.)

There's also press box tour or postgame photo on field on 9/2, an on-field warm-up watch on 8/30 and 9/23 (pretty cool; might have to try that some time), and hype tunnels or flag ceremonies on 6/17 and 7/12 and 10/21.

Got my Baldisimo home jersey today , too bad his still injured and not on the active roster ...

 

Baldisimo was at the Wine & Dine Thursday evening, so I'm guessing he's still under contract.

 

Yes I'm aware of that, what I meant was he's not in the line up rotation due to upper body injury ...

 

I hope he gets well soon. We could use another healthy player!

Quakes 2, the MLS Next / Pro 2nd team, not the 1st team Quakes. I think this was just to get him some minutes in a game after his injury.

No I think it was just to get him minutes to get fit after injury. He still trains with the 1st team I’m sure and will be on the bench probably for most 1st team games.

 

I know Baldisimo fell in the pecking order even before the injury and he has flaws for sure, but I do think he could be useful. Interested in seeing him back on the field.

 

The ascension of Skahan and Niko being back means it will be harder for Baldisimo to get minutes. But Judson is often not available so there is a need for someone with a little more of an 8/6 game, although Yueill can also move back there in a pinch.

 

He was at the starting 11 at last nights 0-1 win over the Whitecaps and played good defense up to the 63rd minutes ...
