I expected a lot more from Maguire, but I also think as a club we have failed a lot of the players. Almost no one has shown any kind of growth or development. Contrast that to City. Compare Stones to the player he was when he signed to the player he is now. It wasn't that long ago he was on his way out too and was made to sit on the bench for a while.
we've been very good making "bad" players in the last decade. from LvG days till now. of course the lazy excuse from our brilliant fans is they were bad players all along lol
