I was listening to the Talking Fussball podcast and they were discussing replacements for Flick. One item that piqued my interest was a comment on Hannes Wolf. Apparently he wants to reform the DFB youth training system with a focus more on individual skill and less on tactics. Apparently he also has studied what is going on in the more progressive FAs and has papers to back up his thoughts. Can anyone conform or deny this? I know nothing about Hannes Wolf other than hearing about him in this podcast.
