Well... It's also that technique is a big part of talent, which is the most expensive thing in football.

Seems like all the outlets are reporting of ongoing negotiations between us and Ajax for Edson Alvarez...but why? How is he any better than Can? Ad for $35M to boot!?

If Can can't play for whatever reason our alternative is Özcan who is a liability, so I'm OK with the pursuit of Alvarez. Additionally I like the idea of a Mexican playing for Dortmund, which is due to my soft spot for Mexico.

I really liked Alvarez in that season when Ajax went to UCL semis.

Yep, Rose/Leipzig do us a favor and reverse a 0:1 halftime deficit into a 3:1 win. Seems to be one of those games where one is a bit unlucky and things don't go your way (2 pk, just a bit too late and unlucky hand pen).
Augsburg and Mainz can be tough opponents. Bellingham won't be available tomorrow. That can also be beneficial against a team like Augsburg. Time to stop the negative away from home trend. If you want to win the title, you need to win against teams like Augsburg and Mainz, no excuses.

I wonder how much those tickets against Mainz will go for now?

I checked for fun on one of those reseller sites with their inflated prices: Starts at 1k and goes up to over 9k. Even a standing ticket for the yellow wall is from 1.7k to 4k. And apparently a 1.5k ticket was just sold so people are desperate enough.

Because it still feels shitty 7 hours later, something from the bright side: Watching some footage of the current U17 Euro tournament, Paris Brunner from our youth looks like he has the potential to become a top striker. I know, translating your skills from a youth player to an adult has been where many failed but he looks really exciting. Assisted today by another Dortmund youth player Charles Herrmann whose crosses into the box I saw from the highlights looked much better than 90% of what we saw from the pros today. As we like to talk about mentality, Germany down to 10 men and 0:1 after 15 minutes still managed to eliminate the Suisse.

First of Brunner's two goals against France at around 5:10, he later scored a cheeky no look goal for the 3:1:

Weakest Bayern team in the last 12 years singing 'Scheiße Dortmund!!' after we give them another undeserved title... And what are we going to do about that? Lose to relegation, lose to 10 man team while leading 2-0, go winless against them in another season and give them a 12th title... We are the laughing stock!! Congratsforever losers and 'Scheiße Dortmund!!'...

I blame is on the Weaselkuk. Who haggles contracts at the tail end of a season when you're in the middle of business. it's like half the players have no idea what is going on with their futures, and you expect them to fight for a championship? How many points lost because of poor management, lack of ethos, and the Weaselkuk pouring his unambitious loser mentality on the team. Management needs out.

Keep the core of the team, Cryna is not bad to be honest, I think he can come good with a little work. That Duranville guy looks very sharp, a bit poor wit the end product and decision making but he's still very young. The core of the team is capable of winning this title. Let Bellingham go, have you seen the reports? 100 mil Euro fee?? Nuts!!! Bellingham should be 120 mil Euros minimum, surely a Man City would stump the cash. But good ol Weaselkuk, finds a way to screw this team over again, by selling to his buddies in Madrid.

Let me guess, they said make the price 100 mil Euros, instead of 150 mil Euros, and we'll wire you a 10 million deposit out in the Caymans, to go with a beach house in the Bahamas. Bunch of B*tches.

    WEASELKUK OUT!!!

Also, here is another crazy thing man. Bayern sacked Salihamizic and Kahn right after winning the title. I mean, it's nuts man. How can you sack a CEO? Isn't he the one running the place? Who is sacking him? No sense... but here we have been sitting with Weaselkuk for 11 bloody years !! we've seen him put a 30 miL euro clause (peanuts) into one of the brightest talents in German football in Gotze only for Bayernt o swoop. We've seen him haggle with Lewa for a 1 mil euro pay cut... I mean, is this guy mental? Someone just score you 40 golas in a damn season and you want to haggle 1 mil euro salary ????

    Nuts I tell you!!!
