for the past few months, when on the site via Android (phone or tablet), the "Go To Top" green arrow doesn't work correctly. instead of taking me to the top of the current page, it takes me to the highest-level of the BS threads (the Forum List). any assistance much appreciated.
How are you accessing BigSoccer on your mobile device? I just tested by using Chrome and going to BigSoccer.com (used the thread I was on) and it worked fine. So I'm assuming you are navigating to BS differently than I am.
oh hi soccernutter ..... sorry for not replying sooner - I didn't realize there was a response here! like you, I use Chrome and go to Big Soccer (the Liverpool Board is my default on Chrome). getting onto the site works fine, it's navigating to the top of the current page, using the green arrows (bottom right of screen) that isn't working correctly. IIRC when I mentioned this on the LFC site somebody else said it was happening to them also.
We do answer quickly. Solving problems is a different issue... Is it heavy with images or tweet or other embeddeds? I tested things out on my side on multiple threads with no issue. Is there a particular thread you are having with, or is it just Liverpool that is the problem?
I worked in IT for many years, I fully understand, mon ami. happens on all forums / threads I go to when using Android. (laptop works fine) I'll dig out the person who I believe is having the same problem ask him to chip in here.
Hello. Yes, same thing happening on my android (Galaxy S23 Ultra, using Chrome). When I click on either arrow, it takes me to the main page listing all the forums.
Have you been experiencing something different? That is how it has always been for me. Edit - nevermind, read it wrong.
