We are one of the few clubs that still being profitable despite not being funded by rich daddy, we keep winning CL , what exactly Perez has to do more here? Some people just freaking being unrealistic sometimes.

 

This isn’t just a 1 year thing, the squad has needed investment over the last 3/4 years but since we’ve won a trophy, the logic is the team doesn’t need renewing. These were literally Perez words…we have the best team, we don’t need anyone BS

There were opportunities to bring in players to challenge other players and we didn’t do it.

Now when the team is practically dead, the club is surprised by how much is needed to be done.

Where are yoy reading the club is surprised? They know they need to get thigs done in due time. If we would have had even half the overhaul you guys wanted last year, i bet we wouldnt have won the CL and I honestly feel if we would have done it last summer I wouldnt ha e any hope of winjing it this year. I prefer a depleted vini Nd todrygo then a stellar osimeh, two actual CL winners. And if we do win it this year with another mendy goal line clearence, a benzema hattrick in the final and a hattrick of assits from carvajal, but loose to elche first game next year, youll again say the managment is horrible. THE MANAGENT, WHATEVER THEY ARE DOING, WITH THE PLAYERS WE DO HAVE, ARE CL WINNERS. Ill repeat it a million times if I have to. I bet most that want that revolution this second, didnt witness RM going 7 years without a CL quarter final match.

Also, newsflash, we have one of the 3 best rosters in the world. Only city and bayern have better teams overall.

And some go the extreme side and act as if the management cannot be criticized.

 

Criticised for what, not winning the league and or the CL every season, that's an interesting attitude to have, but, most Madrid fans i guess, personally i'd understand it better if we hadn't won anything or even come close in years

 

Let me ask you this, is the management perfect? If you say no, then it is open to criticism anytime. Exteme points of view are often annoying af. Same goes for the management is crap side.

 

Who is there that we might sign that isn't half as good as Mbappe?

 

So if both clubs were perfect against each other, would the scoreline be always 0-0 or 3-3?

 

That's the thing though...

These fans wanted Ancelotti fired the moment he didn't win the first time he managed us years ago.

These fans wanted Zidane fired because they didn't like his personality and because he struggled.

I didn't. I don't believe you did either. The same ones who wanted the best we have gone will come now talking as if they have always supported and weren't all about trashing them.

My criticism has been balanced; these managers need to do better but they're the best we can have. We need our President and board to do better..... we don't need them sacked or removed; they too are the best we can have. We need them to do better!

 

If any other club had the CL success this team has had recently, especially a Prem League team or Barca the narrative would be insane around them. No club or president is without their faults, I’d rather take the faults Real Madrid has and enjoy what has been an astonishing run than the alternative.

I follow some other teams in different sports since being a kid, they haven’t won shit and run terribly at times. Now that’s painful as a fan, not this.

 

Fair enough, that makes sense, absolutes aren't good, but what are we criticising management for exactly, running the club into the ground?, not refreshing the team with the players fans want to see?, it's gotta be in that context because without a doubt management has bought many young quality players, and they have certainly played this season, so what exactly is the criticism, this is what lead me to not winning a trophy, dominating every season.

Are we behind Farca this season yes, but have we gone further in the Copa than we have in years , yes, are we still in with a chance to win the CL that's considered by most "our" comp, yes , so i'm not quite getting it.

Most of the time, from reading here at least, when it comes to us, few fans if given a choice between winning the league and the CL, are actually interested in winning the league (i am not one of them) most are onboard with dominating the CL and are ecstatic to win that, no matter what else happens, to be honest i'm personally actually surprised how many fans are mad that we are behind Farca in the league even though we are still in with a chance to win the CL.

I assume though that it's because recently we have been dominating them for so long, home and away, that it's a bit shocking now to see that they are competitive against us one on one this season, even though (because?) they have been dismissed in Europe

 

Good point. I agree we need to be more proactive for positions like right back and right wing for sure..

 

Thing is unlike a league competition, you can't "dominate" the CL. Theres a lot of luck involved there.

 

I dunnp i dont want new signing this summer unless we do the complete overhaul which wont happen.

It def can be. The problem is half those who critize it, would have bought dombele and van der beek a dew years back and still want those kinda signings.

 

Exaclty, even madridistas downplay theur won successes. If you asked me in 2012 thats if by 2024 we would have 5 more champs, i would have bet my actual life it wouldnt happen. Weve been blessed in 10 years what most fans through history will never witness in their entire lives, even being madridistas.
