    I’ll take it!!

Much better from Cade. Jackson played well but was running out of gas. Jebo was invisible most of the game. Marie good, again. Michael B was OK, but that early yellow was stupid. I hope Judson can start and go 90 next week.

Still above the playoff line. This is clearly a result of having a quality coach who knows the league. Can we be done with the foreign coaches who don't know the league forever...

OK I didn't watch but all-PK games are no fun, even if the calls are right. But yay, win. And is there really a player named Teenage Hedabe?

Paul Marie was man of the match for me (if Espinoza didn't score two goals).

I didn't see much improvement from Cade and it looked like Benji may have regressed even more.

Odd match. Houston isn't good... they remind me of the Quakes under Stahre... so static.

I wouldn't want their coach. He spent the game looking angry, even when we weren't getting PKs.

The rest of the fam didn't know about Benji's new do, and nobody liked it. However, it does make him easy to spot and I thought he had some good moves. I also thought Cade looked a lot better (finally realizing he can muscle through players AND keep the ball?) but I agree that Paul's hustle is amazing. For 50 cents an hour or whatever they're paying him, he gives it his all.

Just curious for those at PPP, what was the attendance and atmosphere like?

I sometimes get Ben Olsen mixed up with Pablo Mastroeni but Ben Olsen is much more dire. At least Pablo says funny things sometimes like “Stats will lose to the human spirit every time”.

I don't know if I've ever seen Ben Olson not mad. He was freaking out mad at the refs today, but every time I've seen him as a player or a coach he's been out-of-control mad.

Attendance a little less than last time. Ultras were fewer than last game, but seemed louder.

PA system was literally deafening, even during HT. So loud I had trouble talking to fans around me. Quakes ought to encourage camaraderie instead of fake excitement.

I thought it cute that about 10 teenagers moved into our section at the end of the game, one of them had a big sign asking for Paul Marie’s jersey. Don’t know if he got it

this time, no one asked us to cheer so that we would look good on apple TV

He does kind of look like Pablo (though Pablo is better looking). I just checked and Ben was named MLS coach of the year in 2014. I realize it's been a while, but what happened? Maybe it's moving to Texas that pushed him over the edge.

I’d be mad too living in Texas except maybe Austin. But Houston? Mad.

Ben Olsen definitely mouthed off to the 4O until he got his yellow. I couldn’t blame him, cuz I thought Ms Penso was inconsistent in the 1H. Then in 2H she pointed wrong direction. Gee I could have done that. At least I learned a new signal for that. I think I’ve only seen an MLS ref point wrong direction one other time in the past 15 years

Btw I checked just before KO, and the SVB suite had no food service, but the back door was open so that intermedia suite next door seemed to be bleeding into the apparently unoccupied area

    Saw the highlights.

The Quakes pk’s were legitimate but I don’t think Houston’s was.

I’m surprised she didn’t go to the VAR for that one..
