Pulido and Russell don't appear on the injury report at all for once... But only 1 outside back is actually available.

Voloder or Duke would seem to be the most likely candidates to play LB. Voloder if Rosero is ready to go right into the 11, Duke if he's not.

In MLS, this is the sort of game we win. We are playing horribly, have far too many players out injured or out of form. Philly are quite good and at home are great.
    So SKC 2-1, then?
    Sorry, i can't help myself.

Just in time for the return of Andre Blake.

Can't wait to watch Gazdag. 2 goals, 4 assists in 4 games.

But.. but.. you're right. This is the lunacy of MLS. That or we lose 4-1. So I'm going to bet the tails of the distribution. We lose 4-1 or worse or win 2-1 or better.

The reality is that we get run off the field and lose 3-1.

Keep in mind Philly play Atlas in the CCL Tuesday as well.

It may blunt the loss SKC will experience, but not by much.

I'm setting them sky high! I have no idea why I am doing this to myself. My head says watching this is not going to be a good time. But I'm excited again.
i guess I just really, really want SKC not to suck this season.

Making too many changes to a squad can be just as problematic as limping along on a shitty one... Just to caveat.

So while chemistry may still be a bit away, I very much expect to see some glimpses of real-ass quality out there. Back line worries me, but this is our first-choice midfield finally, and if it isn't our A team forward lineup it's our A-.

Fingers crossed the chemistry it there tonight. And I just can't give that lineup a A-, I do not see any real quality difference between Agada and Pulido.

PV tricked us by pulling Fontas. I hope it’s a successful experiment.

This play by play guy is just butchering names.

and Zusi has used up his long ass shot attempts. Stop it.

Radoja sure has been that impact No 6 we were all hoping for. Unfit and injured.

Side note, this game is awful.

Yes, but the medical staff I have been complaining about for years has no culpability. It's all coincidence.

How exactly is it the fault of the medical staff? How does a doctor prevent a pulled hamstring?

I was pleasantly surprised at how sharp Tim Melia looked. He was quick and decisive. Played very well.

Offensively we never really looked like we were going to score. Two goals in 540 minutes isn't going to cut it. New back line did OK.

All in all another frustrating game to watch.

SKC is winless in six games, Current is winless in two games, and the Royals are winless in two games and yet to score a run. ot a good start for our KC teams.

My least favorite stats from tonight, 13 shots tonight and only three from our front line. 1 each from Daniel, Johnny and Willy, 0 from Pulido and Shelton.

The rehab they have them doing, the offseason training/physical regiments that they lay out for the players, all the different things that they have a responsibility for in regards to making sure the players are ready. Look we can blame Vermes' "sporting fit" but Vermes doesn't design all those regiments, it's the medical staff.

I can see physio-therapists and trainers doing that. I doubt the doctors have any input.

I think all of that falls under the "medical staff" designation.

Thought Melia looked very good. New CB looked solid. Athletic. Good long range passing. Nice to see Pulido back and happy for him.

Stats bare out what I thought i saw. Low quality game from both sides. Passing percentages innthe low 70s. Was really surprised by how bad Philly looked.
