Well that’s one way to make the trip. Impressive! I’d assume you’d follow the Chippewa river trail? Then you can take the red cedar trail into menomonie
I've never had this before, and I liked it. If it keeps the Fire winning, maybe I should keep drinking it.
First half: Miller High Life Second half: Bicardi black rum Post-game: Stolli vodka and a travel bottle of Malort
Gautemala won last night and the Fire won tonight, so I'm drinking some Ron Zapaca with a Hazy Pitch back this evening to celebrate.
Excited to have my first Hazy Pitch in a couple weeks when I come down for the Fire vs Loons game. The reviews seem to be very positive and it's unpretentious and easy to drink. Now that I think of it, I can't of many beers that I didn't like... Also when I visit Chicago, I always bring back some Half Acre, typically the Daisy Cutter
It's very drinkable. I'm not a fan of IPAs or even Hazy/NE IPA. Generally they're too bitter. It almost makes me feel like they call it an IPA to keep the "Hazy" name making sense. We also played Swedish Roulette, where the server brings out a shot of iced tea for everyone except one is Malort. Everyone drinks one at a time and then places bets on who had the Malort by their reaction.
Lol Reminds me of the game “Designated Drinker” (as opposed to designated driver). The anointed one unknowingly gets a shot of clear liquor while everyone else gets a shot of water. The one lone bastard ends up ********ed.
Enjoying a Bull Falls Five Star at the Grand Theater watching the Yamato Japanese Drummers. No anime, but, Jiggs, I hope you're jealous! Good times.
Intermission I met the future Mrs. Jiggs. She is one bad ass drummer; Sorry, pictures are not allowed. My partner made lunch for the group. They were very happy. Oh, the beer is great, too.
