Not lining up a player who is top 5 in goals scored in a top 5 league at age 21 and where England's primary striker is three months short of 30 seems rather shortsighted.
That's insane. I just looked thru my Gmail archives. In 2014, Tix to see Arsenal play the NY Red Bulls were $46. Pretty sure I had to buy an Arsenal America membership to buy Tix at that price, so that was another $25. I can't find what I paid in Charlotte in 2019, but I can see where the Queen City Gooners secured tickets in the fan block, lower level, midfield first 20 rows we're going for $205 each. Inflation is a bitch
I paid a whopping $25 each for that match in 2014, and found 3 tickets from a NYRB STH who didn't care about Arsenal. One key difference is that match in NJ was just a friendly, not the All-Star game. So I don't know if you'd be as lucky to find a DCU STH who has tickets to sell. In fact for an All-Star game STH's might get nada? I wouldn't be surprised to see very high prices, based on higher demand for an All-Star game, plus the hyper inflation that's gone on since then, especially in the live event ticketing world. Good luck! Maybe there's a creative angle you could try?
I guess it didn't register for me that this is THE All Star Game. I don't follow MLS, despite Charlotte now having a team. I assumed "a team of MLS All Stars" playing Arsenal would be one of a few exhibitions, like the ICC tournament that used to exist. That said, the Wednesday night detail is a bigger deterrent than the ticket price.

No. The pre-sale were listed as $80 deposit, so I'm not sure if there were additional fees, etc. or not. I couldn't complete the purchase because the Arsenal america site kept crashing.
Prices for Arsenal vs Barcelona at Sofi Yea I'm full of crap, lol. Got tickets in the 200s section, only because my Charger buddy has season tickets. Selling out fast too. I think I spent like $100-140 the last time Arsenal came to LA, to sit right behind the goal. So this is still a nice deal.
