You're an fossil so unless its a micro-organism predating the dinosaurs in the Cenozoic era... nothings antique to you. My mother told me though if its from your era of childhood, its not an antique LMAO
Not sure you can be a simp and own a 1940s phone. Simps tend to give nice gifts to women they are pursuing.
“MLS Season Pass: MLS analysts no longer stars of the show” (World Soccer Talk - Saturday, 3/25/23) GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
CrAppleTV has got to do something about their sound quality, it's still thin and tinny. I shouldn't have to crank my sets up just to get a decent level.
Tomorrow T-Mobile is giving free MLB.tv as part of their Tuesday deals. This has nothing to do with this trhead except that at least two of us used the T-Mobile Tuesday deal to get free MLS Season Pass and now we can get baseball for free as well! @Goodsport
That's sad. The 5.1 sound quality for the StL game was the best I've ever heard for a soccer game. NFL quality. Hank kept looking around to see who was doing all the yelling behind us. I was hoping that would be the standard surround quality for all the games - Didn't notice it during the ATL game. Hit and miss. On the bright side, sometimes it's excellent!
From my limited experience of a 40-day retreat to La Mision last winter, when the power went out in the house, during a severe storm both the internet and the cell service still worked if you plugged a backup battery into the router or the cell booster. Has anyone here ever experienced a cell service loss? I'm of the opinion that cell system loss is a very real precursor to Armageddon
A few years ago, during the first PSPS long outage, half of Portola Valley lost power for 3 days. The cell phones died within I think it was 6 hours. They didn't have much battery backup back then. Other communities had similar down times. After that fiasco, the CPUC mandated that cell towers had to have 72 hours of battery backup. So yeah, if your cell tower goes out for > 72 hours, it's probably due to armageddon.
Episode 6 of “Quakes Exclusive” (labeled “Prepping for Houston”) is now available to view in MLS Season Pass. GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
