This manager seems like he has done way more than Santos already and it hasn't even been a month.

Martinez has already attended multiple domestic games, flied out to see Ronaldo, and the other day he was training the U17's.

Any word on his assistant yet? I heard Ricardo Carvalho & Costinha are in the mix.

    Yeah he was.

Also, Ricardo Pereira has been chosen as our GK coach.

Looks like he is turning the page on William. Choosing Neves over Florentino is my main question mark.

I was expecting Galeno to be called up, i was surprised not to see that. Everything else seems expected in my view.

The William omission seems like the main way as to how he will differ from Santos. It's JP's time.

Much deserved and over due for JP . Even more interesting will be how he uses these players . He is already saying this squad has to be more flexible .

It’s a bit of a worry that Martinez mentioned today that he hasn’t spoken to Santos at all yet..

Thats not how hand over a manager role…
