That Lyon was something else with Big Benz. He was so silky smooth in movements prior to his many injuries. It's easy to see why he was so widely compared tot Ronaldo Nazario.

That 2009 was so special. Getting Ronaldo almost felt like an obvious and sure thing, but Benz coming as well was like stealing the crown jewels - everybody wanted him. We really did get a generational striker in him. What a legend.

Sounds like they want to sign Tuchel before there's competition in the summer. Sacking Carlo right now makes no sense. Just like we didn't care La Liga race being over early in 2017-18 and ZZ ended up winning the CL. We still have a solid chance of winning CL with Carlo.

I feel ZZ will return in the summer if Flo calls him. ZZ told Flo "Madrid is my family" during BDR ceromony few months back so whatever tension there was in 2021 has eased. And then we had ZZ on the Bernabeu pitch presenting BDR to Benz along with Modric.

 

Zidane is a must after Carlo! No one comes close.
