Uribe did pretty damn good considering how late he developed and the fact that he even survived playing in that mexican graveyard of a league and was able to make it to a good league

He played pretty well in the Champions League this week from the highlights I saw.
Let's see how he does in Asia for the friendlies.

he's pretty good at the club level unfortunately too old now to be taken seriously by anyone so a regression is inevitable, similar to Duvan Zapata

he's probably regretting going to Junior, he had several brazilian teams interested. Luckily for him colombian contracts are always like 6 months long because no one has any money to spend, especially long term

kind of an odd move? wasn't he at Flamengo before ending up at random small brazilian team?

seems like an Atuesta replacement, hopefully he's not made of glass too like the majority of colombians

Nah, Rios is tough as hell. I think for that reason alone he'll do much better than Atuesta did. At the very least, he's a guy you want in there to defend leads or toughen up your midfield. Atuesta is not a better player than either of Palmeiras' starters in central midfield; Rios is at least a different type of player.

As for him, he probably wants to take advantage of the tournament he just had to transfer to a team who'll play in Serie A.

Morelos should just go to MLS.

Morelos has been in Scotland now for what 7 years? No easy feat playing in that league. He's had a crappy last 2 years with injuries and a bunch of other silliness but he's a proven player that can compete at a higher level. I just think he needs a new home in Europe. I wouldn't want him to end up at MLS or Mexico. He's still technically in his prime.
