he's not a top 4 level starter - but a good backup. Robertson has been up and down all season - but surprised that Tsmikas doesn't play more. Robertson has a ton of miles in those legs.
Great run by Tsimi for Mo's goal. Great run by Jota for Nunez non-goal (crap VAR decision). overall though we made very heavy work of it. team looks like they don't expect to score these days. we really miss Thiago. TAA my MOTM. Fab good first half, tailed off later. lucky no red card again.
The benefit of these off seasons is you really appreciate the wins rather than taking them for granted. This wasn't always pretty to watch but a solid result and we walk on.
Certain players showing they can only play 1x a week though. Guess the exertions of the last 4-5 years are fully on display.
The boys played pretty well - both the youngin's did all right...Nunez and Konate as well... Wolves never really threatened to score...a couple tame shots, but no real threat... A win, three goals, although one was called back, apparently for Jota being barged into a Wolves defender...and we go again... Sunday... Statement Game...
Looked better overall. Fabino looks better when Bajcetic is alongside him. The less he has to do the better he looks. Elliot looked good working well with TAA and Salah as he did at the beginning of the season. I think Klopp found his midfield. More opportunities in front of the goal. Tsimikas with a nice assist. And another clean sheet
