Think it is 13 wins in a row at OT all comps, rather than 13 games unbeaten at OT.

I think with Antony out, we should expect to see Sancho from the start but there's a chance we play Garnacho LW, Rashford RW and Bruno stays at 10.

I would very much like to see Sancho from the start and while Sancho RW makes a bunch of sense, I think 10cho with BRWuno would be very interesting to watch.

With no Scott then I think we will see Freditzer midfield unless Erik wants to give a kid a start in the PL which I don't think he will.

We might see Lindelof at DM at some point in the game depending on the circumstances.

I wonder how the lads will feel going up against "Ted Lasso"? Or will Armas show that he, and maybe American coaches in general, deserve a little more respect?

As a NY Red Bull supporter, my opinion is Chris Armas is not even a poor mans Jesse Marsch. At NYRB he was Marsch's assistant and then took over when Jesse went to Leipzig. The team went from 1st to 6th the next year and was fired. Then he was head coach of Toronto and was fired there after 1 win in his first 11 games. Somehow he keeps getting rehired. Maybe he's a good performance statistician or something like Ralf had him here doing.

Do we think ETH may opt for Bruno at RW and Jadon as the #10, or is that too much too soon for him?

I think this is a real possibility, if not from the start then mid-game at least. Leeds' fullbacks like to get forward and leave space behind. I can see Bruno terrorizing their back line if he plays on the RW. Our back four with Sabitzer and Fred in front should be great. That's how they ended up playing vs. Palace when Sabitzer first came on. They maintained good shape and still managed to get forward with just 10 men on occasion.

I forget that you are also stateside. I think you're in Connecticut right? Anyway I am a Red Bull fan also and Armas was terrible. I think he is a real good number two but just not good enough to be HC.

There's no way leads can fix their leaking defense a weak goalkeeper so soon. I hope the guys take as many shots as possible from outside the box.

I would like to see to start

    DDG

    Malacia
    Licha
    Lindelof
    AWB

    Sabitizer
    Fred

    Sancho
    Bruno
    Rash

    WW

And if we get the right lead 2-0, finish with

    Malacia
    Licha
    Maguire
    AWB

    Lindelof
    Sabitizer
    Fred

    Sancho

    Garnacho
    Elanga

Leeds have a good side that can put us under pressure when we have the ball. A lot will be asked of Sabitzer if it's just him and Fred at the base of that midfield. He sounded confident when he signed, but I'd make no mistake of it, this is going to be a difficult start for him and Fred will be of little help to him in this respect.

I think the smarter move is to start Lindelof in the middle with Sabitzer and Fred. If 10hag thinks Lindelof is suitable enough for the job, then why not? Shaw at CB. I don't think 10hag will want to rely too much on an experimental midfield to have the ball at their feet and will likely ask Shaw to bypass the midfield and play good balls over top. There will be a strong emphasis on us to press them high and that's where Fred and Sabitzer excel, pressing high.

I don't think Sancho starts either. Probably Bruno on the right. More likely Sancho will come on at some stage.

Is Varane injured? or is this just resting him?

Correct in CT. I get to 1-2 NYRB games a year.
Having said that about Armas, I'm sure he's going to turn into some incarnation of Fergie/Pep/Mourinho today and suddenly Leeds will look like world beaters.

Big test for Sabitzer. Although I rate him, it could be a tough night.

Sabitzer got trucked right there. Welcome to the league I guess.

He went into a 50/50 like a bitch and paid for it.
