Thank you. I just got a reminder email but I can’t log into my account. I keep getting a technical error when entering the numbers prior to even signing in.

 

I am in the same boat.... cant access the site.

 

Has anyone got the blueprint for WC tickets? One which we can print

I've been trying myself and like you no luck. I've seen the copies on ebay, and even on Amazon. But would love to buy the real deal. It seems amazing they aren't selling it. I'd love to buy somewhere that the artist actually gets something from it.

I cant log into the ticket site either. Anyone have a workaround solution?

 

If you are having trouble logging in to the ticketing portal, use a vpn. It doesn't work for some countries but it worked for me through France.

Anyone have any success with getting accommodation refunds? They're asking for further details because they don't see it in their system but I'm not sure what to provide them as I didn't get any cancellation emails and everything was on the QAA portal

I was having trouble finding a country (403 error) until I tried it through Australia

 

I’ve tried so many ways to log in - but I’m getting the same technical error message. I’m truly desperate now, anyone else having the same issues.

 

Australia worked like a charm. Downloaded Tunnelbear which is super easy and free for 500 mb. logged into fifa and got my tickets.

Now I am annoyed that I had to purchase all the tickets on an application but whatever... is what it is. Now after my backpack was stolen after Russia.... I would gladly trade Qatar tickets to any of my games for a game I went to in Russia.

 

im not using vpn, just keep entering the captcha. after about 15 captchas it went thru.

 

has anyone got refund for accommodations? I had changed my booking and still no refund

hey guys, I'm also having a problem trying to login to fifa ticketing in order to request for my souvenir tickets, couldn't do it before because I had to email support in order to change the country of the account.

I've tried using VPN but then website returns a Forbidden 403, it seems it's knowing I'm using a VPN. Tried with Windscribe and Tunnelbear without luck. I'm in Argentina. Anyone was able to solve this problem another way? Damn I can't believe this issues and today is the last day.

Oh after trying captcha and getting "Technical error" multiple times, it finally worked. Now it's not working anymore but at least I was able to request souvenir tickets of 1 account.

 

is February 7, I have the same issue with the captcha, which I had a couple of weeks ago (I was waiting for the address change on my domestic account).

 

just keep trying the captcha at different times of the day. Im sure FIFA knows about the issue and at this point they dont care and wont fix it. Just keep trying...

 

For the folks who actually got a refund or at least a reply from the QAA - what is the email that you sent the message to?

 

I finally got my last refund from r16 matches. Posted as Feb 2nd. Didn't contact anyone.
