The league clearly has no sense. They are going to destroy the league's value all to punish Juve for being too successful: There have been some 500,000 cancellations to season tickets for SerieA TV matches since the -15 points. And it would be just the first step in a tsunami looming over the value of our league. #Juventus[@ilgiornale] pic.twitter.com/bpO3Kd6zoA— Bianconeri Zone (@BianconeriZone) February 1, 2023

🚨The FIGC prosecutor opens a new investigation on Juve because of the presence of Luciano Moggi (dismissed) on the sideline in the Napoli - Juve Priamvera game.— Juve Canal (@juve_canal) February 3, 2023 Man the FIGC really want Juve gone.
They've entered the, throw anything against the wall and see if it sticks stage. It reeks of desperation. The game was played at Napoli as well, so is the investigation against Napoli since it was their ground?? I'd wager that it's not.

CONI Guarantee Council member Vincenzo Cesaro admits he is a Napoli fan. A year ago, he attacked Agnelli, his family and businesses on Facebook. Cesaro also insulted Cristiano Ronaldo and wrote that Juventus must be kicked out of Serie A. This is the type of nonsense that I'm talking about. Whether he says that tongue in cheek, it leads one to question the impartiality of the system. In the US, there are ethical standards which requires the judiciary to maintain impartiality and avoid appearances of impropriety. Prosecutors in criminal cases are required to turn over exculpatory evidence. It doesn't appear that these tribunals are doing anything close to that which leads any reasonable person to question everything about it.
It's Italy, the judicial system there is a mockery of real judicial systems. It's the system that let a man walk away from a rape charge because the judge said the woman shouldn't have been wearing tight clothes when the rape occurred. It's the system where a judge ruled that telling a man "you have no balls" is a crime. It's the system that said a 65 year old man, and boss of female employees, was not guilty of sexual harassment and groping because when he would feel them up against their wishes he was just acting with an "immature sense of humor". The judicial system is a ********ing joke.
Let's face it. This is all about being the face of the Super League. now that the courts have ruled that UEFA can't punish anyone involved, the FIGC has to step in and do us in.

Another video has surfaced where Santoriello talks about Juventus. He is considering taking a step back and not being present at the hearing on March 27, leaving his two colleagues with whom he conducted the investigation to lead. As opposed to the US where you are innocent until proven guilty, in Italy, you are guilty until proven innocent. That sometimes can take years. Not saying he wasn’t a shady character but Luciano Gaucci owner of Perugia had to flee to Santo Domingo because his dealings and he was finally allowed to come back 5-6 years later when he was acquitted of all charges. Same with Giorgio Chinaglia who stayed in NY and Florida couldn’t go back to Italy because of some type of dealing when he tried to buy Lazio. He finally died in 2012 and the charges were dropped.

That's not true, Italy follows "innocent until proven guilty", but they don't offer bail. It's in the Italian Constitution.
Yeah it’s Roman law but just because it’s listed that way doesn’t mean it’s applied. You are right there is no bail and that is why Messina Denaro who was just captured after being 30 years on the run is not allowed out. I am not saying he is innocent by any means but he has not (by American legal standards) been given or a fair trial and never will receive one either.
