From what I’ve been reading today, he’s a good pickup especially given it’s a reaction over the past few days to the Eriksen injury. He’s better suited to playing deeper than Eriksen, is extremely tactically versatile, two footed, a good passer (tho Eriksen’s better), and much better defensively.

Provided he adapts to the league quickly he should be first choice at LCM till Eriksen comes back. Whether he stays next season is another question and depends on our budget & outgoings.

I knew he was much more of a B2B than Eriksen. Just didn’t know if his quality was enough. But I guess he’s at Bayern for a reason.

Didn’t realize Sabitzer was 28. Decent loan move but not the best long term solution. Our midfield badly needs to get younger.

Romano says Sabitzer is done. Loan with no option to buy.

Fofana and Santos are almost guaranteed to miss out since they're essentialy youth player/low profile purchases.

it's been reported we were offered Isco, Saúl, Carrasco (why?) and Aouar but were adamant about Sabitzer

Last time I remember this coming into play was with Real Madrid, when they couldn't register Huntelaar

I dunno, doesn't strike me as ETH type midfielder. He's not very mobile at all now and he's not particularly creative either IMO.

At least with Eriksen he still puts in a shift, even if he's not the most athletic. And, he's got a good blend between a possession game and a creative game. He will still take a risk every now and then to open up the midfield.

The only one of that group that would be interesting would be Aouar IMO. Saul for whatever reason seems spent. Isco would never survive in this league as much as I like him. Way, way too slow and small. Not shifty enough to makeup for it.

Sabitzer reported to have had a meal at Carrington. so maybe a good sign things are almost there and not fax machine scrambling last minute.

also shout out Clinton Morrison for setting Merson's dumb ass straight lol

Speaking of pocket pussy, you strike me as the type that would buy a used fleshlight.

I thought it was done. Maybe that's is why my thread got deleted. The efficiency of this deal has to be down to the Germans and not United.

your thread is on hold. just need official confirmation. there is still a chance the deal isn't done in time and knowing the recent United transfer approach...

we can deal sheet it but it still requires proper compliance etc.

    15 mins to go.

Tuanzebe set for loan move. missed the club mentioned though.

edit: it's Stoke and might be a permanent move

Figured. After Fab posted that, I thought it was a matter of time but I see it still hasn't been made official official. But he's already in England at Carrington isn't he?
