Expect him to at least be on the bench.

Brian Rimer, Anderlecht manager, "Thomas is also top fit", Riemer speaks plainly. "He played two matches with Sevilla." That does not automatically mean that Delaney will immediately be in the starting eleven against Charleroi. "I still have to see if he has settled in enough with the teammates. Thomas has only been training since Wednesday."

Delaney should start vs a very frustrated Club Brugge team that should have put many goals past Beskitas on Thursday night. He is a chance for Anderlecht to show that they are truly part of the upper echelon in Belgium.

 

Delaney started and played the first half in a 1-1 draw with Club Brugge.

 

The picture above is right before he hit the turf. The fear is that it might be a broken collarbone.

 

Change of prognosis, it looks more like a broken arm instead of a collarbone.
