@Rossonero23 🚨🚨🚨🚨 The Milan Public Prosecutor is investigating the Elliott sale of Milan to RedBird. [@sportface2016] #Milan— Italian Football News 🇮🇹 (@footitalia1) January 26, 2023
There is correspondence between the FIGC Attorney & Covisoc which dates back to 14 April 2021 and which has never been made available to Juventus and other clubs on trial. Because? It could change the time limits of the investigation by invalidating almost all the documents. [TS]— Juventus News Live (@juvenewslive) January 26, 2023 In 10 years, "player trading" at Juventus is approximately 700 million, 17% of turnover (4.5 billion). In individual years it has never gone beyond 30%, far from the threshold of 40%. Other clubs have made capital gains of over 40-50, in one case even 90% [@mirkonicolino]— Juventus News Live (@juvenewslive) January 26, 2023
The feelings about the Juventus salary manoeuvre investigation are not good. There's a risk of another 20-point deduction inside the Federal Prosecutor's Office.- Tuttosport— Juve Canal (@juve_canal) January 27, 2023 oh boy, can't wait! Just relegate us again and get it over with.
Where do these point deductions come from? It just seems so arbitrary. If they want us relegated once again just say so.
I would love to know what these folks are using for precedent or guidelines. As a lawyer, it seems that these rulings are so capricious and arbitrary.
And were are Juve's lawyers in all of this? Do we have any defense strategy at all? But this season will be a write-off, maybe even next season.
Italian "justice" at least for Juve, appears to be a series of Kangaroo Courts where the Alice In Wonderland "Sentence First, Trial After" is the rule. And there is clearly at least a 2 tiered "justice" system.
Some reports that around 450,000 have cancelled their subscriptions to DAZN and Sky to date. Sky has been sending questionnaires out to subs cancelling subscriptions and asking them if the penalties to Juve have impacted their decision on a scale of 1-10. DAZN and Sky are both offering discounts to try to stop the bleeding.
How can they have a one day "trial" based on just what the Prosecutor tells them and immediately render a sentence nearly double what he was asking for? AND, have the "sentence" effective immediately with no stay until the appeal is heard? That completely compromises the league. Where do these deducted "points" go?
LOL. THIS is the Italian justice system? We get a sentence immediately, yet have to wait 10 days for the reasons, and then only have 30 days to appeal.....and all the while the sentence is enforced! https://football-italia.net/juventus-to-learn-official-reasons-for-points-penalty-by-monday/

Literal reasoning by the FIGC... “Juventus violated the rules in an unregulated situation.” You can't make this shit up.
The whole league and the FIGC and this court should be laughing stocks. But they are gonna get Juve, yes they are! Where do all of these points go? Do they just evaporate? Doesn't that invalidate the league table and the integrity of the league this year? Did we make all those deals with ourselves? How come both parties aren't being punished? Haven't plusvalenza deals been widespread all over Europe and they are essentially accounting issues, not "financial" ones? Are plusvalenza deals even illegal? How can anyone objectively determine that a willing buyer and sellers valuation of players is invalid? Based on what? What a joke this is, but we are gonna pay for being the face of the Super League.
"The validity of Juventus' reasons will be asserted firmly, albeit with the respect due to the institutions that issued it." Which of course is ZERO RESPECT. Or at least should be.
At Juventus they are expecting another PENALTY of between 15 to 20 points that would put us in the relegation places, but at the same time the club are confident they will be able to overturn the first penalty. [#PaoloNonmollo]— JuveFC (@juvefcdotcom) January 31, 2023 LETS ********ING GOOOO!!! Serie B incoming
Gravina's statement today just proves that the FIGC is making shit up as they go along and are using Juve as their guinea pig. They just keep opening their mouths, giving Juve lawyers more ammo to use against their farcical charges. The FIGC just never learns, they love to destroy themselves from within.
Gravina: "Juventus? They’ve always been a model, but the rules must be strictly applied. The time has come to put stakes in this minefield." Gravina: "We need help from the Italian government. I expect help, an exchange of reflections. We are open, we want to solve this problem." The rules must be strictly applied, but they don't have any rules that apply to the problem so they need help from the government.
Sivio understood the value of Juve, Milan, Roma and even Inter to the league and its economic survival, so you are correct. He would put the FIGC in their place, even pass a law if necessary, and this whole thing would blow up in their faces, esp. since they are trying to make ex post facto rules, and selectively applying them. Heck even UEFA with all of its FFP BS wouldn't pull a stunt like this.
