I don't think there's a coach who's consistently been placed above their station despite failing than Fat Frank. He is the definition of failing upwards. Newcastle has shown the right manager can make the difference. They need to call a regulation expert rethread like Big Sam or steal a bright young coach from the championship but having gone with Frank, I can't see why they would choose an unproven manager.
You’re not the only one considering results as solidified. But it’s nice that you concede your own mental limitations. Bless your heart.
Lampard will make good pundit. Looking at the names linked to Everton, I think Moshiri might want to set fire to Goodison and claim on the insurance.
to be fair there was very little investment in that Everton squad. free transfers and £0-5m players but on the other hand they shouldn't be 19th with the lowest number of wins either. it invalidates the "saving them from the drop" narrative. they were just fortunate there were 3 worse teams last year and don't seem to have that luxury this time around. he's still a media darling so i am sure he'll pop up elsewhere. maybe even chelsea again lol
Everton main issues similar to ours; - have spent money but not to a plan - have flip-flopped through some very different style managers Basically as with us, their football management between owners and coaches has been terrible - so a wasteful dogs-breakfast of a squad for a dogs-breakfast of playing styles.
https://www.skysports.com/football/...-in-spain-over-alleged-nightclub-sexual-abuse more on this: undoubtedly a phenomenal player but i was never a fan especially after that mess when he wanted his move and worse with the Puerta incident weighing heavy on the club. he always seemed like a shit bag. you'd hope he wouldn't do anything this stupid but time will tell
I never understood why clubs haven’t done what Utd and arsenal have done recently hire a coach with an ideology and system, similar to pep. Buy players that suit the system and not random players u like on fifa develop and target youngsters It seems easy and logical but god knows what these chairmen are thinking
Because with United's Board, system players aren't usually the big, flashy signings to boost your social media interactions.
If Ancelotti stayed, their fortunes could have been very different. Now they're linked with Big Sam b/c Bielsa can't get the players he wants.
you're saying this like either club did this purposefully. they've both lucked out. it wasn't by design. back to Everton their restrictions mean that even if they found a savant they wouldn't properly back him. in general, these guys almost never get enough time to do their thing anyway
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...all-whats-new-rules-fans-need-know-about.html Why cant the cards be black or brown?
Refs can't even do their job correctly now, let alone running around looking for good acts. I'm sure a quota won't be far behind.
As inexplicable as the white cards are, it looks like they're now starting to ban heading (at least with the kids for now).
