Clean shits, indeed. Let's do some magic, eh? Let's exclude the games vs Espanyol, Osasuna and Sociedad, now Barcelona have conceded ZERO goals in 14 games! Let's exclude Real Madrid all together and Barcelona wins La Liga 21/22! Excluding the Bayern and Inter Home/Away games, Barcelona won all their UCL group games! Can someone explain this to me?
Dybala has been having a good season so far at Roma. 10G+5A in 17 matches. They’re sitting 1 point short of 2nd place Milan now.
Something seems off with the math here. Not sure what you mean by 3 games in hand, but City would still be behind Arsenal if they were playing at last season's pace.

Transferred to another jail, hiring new lawyers. After the 3 statement thing it's weird. I know athletes are immoral and entitled but felt most of those crimes were done when they are young not when they're about to retire like Alves. Also can someone explain to me why the Mexican club terminated his contract? I know bad publicity but Greenwood and Mendy are still in payroll because of the law where it's illegal to sack them until the hearing and final ruling. Is it Mexican laws that are different?
Definitely seems like it's going to be the end of him. Still, I'll wait for the final decision from the courts, but he looks in a lot of trouble.
Well because it seems he is guilty. Not a good look when the victim immediately reported the incident, denied financial hush money then the culprit (Alves) changed his story multiple times not taking this situation serious. People on here make these sexual assault a physical thing when stuff like that is mental make up. How Alves has acted since this thing started is a very bad look and screams the entitlement which the woman described in the police report.
Yep. From what I've read, the woman comes from a family that is well financially and she isn't looking for money. So theoretically, she'd have no reason to lie. Unless it was some nasty setup with a backstory. I've also heard that Alves (or his lawyers) cut a zero when declaring his salary to the judge that he receives from Pumas. Maybe the lawyer advised him to do that in order to try and get bail. Although that doesn't make sense to me because everybody should know Alves made plenty of money in his career. A report from Brazil says that his family is at odds with Alves ex-wife (who still helps manage his career) with the lawyer choice she made.
I understand having the right people advising you is important... however this guy has gone about this entire process entitled. What this woman described was an entitled guy who expected her to know who he was and then felt because he was who he was he it gave him power over her. He really hasn't helped himself because he has literally been playing that role. If he is found guilty the guy is done and his legacy is over.
I love it. Just love it. Sad thing is that the Brazilian press will probably cut him some HUGE slack just because he is on "their" side, unlike Robinho, if you know what I mean. He will not rot in jail, but I like him being put in his place at least for a while. My theory remains solid: The more you preach about how nice you are and virtue-signal others, the more nasty stuff you have to hide about yourself. Cassano is probably nicer to women than this piece of shit.
Erling seems to have the Patrick Ewing with the Knicks effect. With all his great individual performances, he actually makes his team worse.
Until he wins a CL nobody cares, French football is producing some good talent right now but even if he was scoring a hat trick every weekend in France, he might as well be playing a different sport.
"Alves twice made her touch his penis against her will, then ordered her to follow him into the nightclub's bathroom, prevented her from leaving the bathroom, threw her onto the ground, forced her to fellate him, slapped her when she resisted, then raped her and ejaculated" Is this what is reported to happen? I don't know man, judging from how it's written above, this seems all a bit too brazen. Just trying to imagine this happening in such a public place.
Cassano was in the team hotel watching TV, and sent a TV host (don't remember the name), a truckload of red roses while she was live on air to tell her he loves her. Cassano was unprofessional as all hell but all I've head was that he absolutely loved women and did those ridiculous romantic things often.
Only thing is with some athletes that play way past their expiration date, it's because they haven't come to terms with the fact that they're becoming older. If you wonder how Alves could do something like this at his age, you might have to consider that he doesn't see his age as requiring the same maturity level as you would consider it.
Grenwood & Mendy won't be on the payroll as wages get suspended in cases like this, but are still under employment at their clubs. Right now those 2 have not been found guilty of anything so terminating their contracts could end up in a costly unfair dismissal legal case if they are found to be innocent, as well as having to backdate their suspended salary. They can allow their contracts to expire without renewal though if they want. Mendy out of contract in 5 months.

I read Greenwood has been suspended from any football activity with the club, not an employee suspension so he’ll still be getting paid if that is the case (and what I read)
