Just be careful with the FCFS site tonight. It's acting really weird. Maybe it's just me. The M64 page is not loading for me still and the main page is also off. Makes me think there won't be a drop but in case there is one, just make sure you are actually logged in.

I guess you can find the tickets at the same "friends" where the Morocco tickets ended up.

This is quickly becoming a farce from Fifa. Got here for the quarter finals, lovely place to be but the football has been slightly underwhelming and the officiating very questionable. Now we’re being screwed from having a fair opportunity to purchase final tickets

departing, I hope they release some tomorrow, airplane wifi will be bad as my previous experience with Qatar Airways.

The final is a corporate sponsor,VIP mostly event. It’s been trending that way for the last few finals. They’ve even sold out of Hospitality packages.

Yeah that's exactly what's happening. You are actually not logged in. Just make sure you are not refreshing a dead page. Close the FCFS page and then reopen it. At least for me it forces me to constantly re-log in.

That’s fair. Though, we as fans could expect some sort of communication from FIFA to inform us if the event is officially sold out or what tickets will be made available to the public. Rather than refreshing all day etc.

I'm seriously not into conspiracy theories. I've seen by now seemingly more Saudis (they have their flags) than even Argentinians (they have their shirts), all seemingly with tickets since they are out and about. Nothing against Saudis. Some of the loveliest people I've met here are Saudis, honestly. But it's striking. They were out of the WC a long time ago. Maybe they all bought Argentina TSTs 'cause I struggle to understand how one particular country that did not make it far has so many people here.

Many Saudis are in Qatar on vacation, especially since they can freely enter Qatar without a Hayya card since the beginning of the second round. They don't necessarily have tickets.

Would be nice if they introduced some loyalty bonus... that if you attended a certain number of matches you would get first option on final resale tickets.

They have loyalty bonuses - although in a much different context than you referred to.

They could have bought Saudi TST7 too. I got my final ticket by buying a Canada TST7, so no reason why they couldn’t have bought ones for their team too

Yup, most of the attendees will be loyal money generators for FIFA. Or at least the ticket is. This is the first time the Final feels the the super bowl. Not for the average fan .

Any TST has a final Ticket. I have 2, Canada and Argentina. So the final is TST, and conditional ticket sales… and vips and hospitality, sponsors . That’s it. No general public sale.

my gut feeling its going to be a drop on the resale site, as that is still up and running unlike the fcfs site.

My gut feeling it will be the same as Morocco maches, one small drop 1-3 hours before the match and thats it. And some were trying to argue that it was the other teams supporter, etc. when those tickets were not on sale - truly remarkable.

All I know is I hope they provide oxygen masks for us folks who have to climb all the way up to the 700s tomorrow night. Cannot believe there are no escalators
