I have a Brazil TST7 and my experience has been the following: great lower level 100 seats for the R16 and QF. Then after that tragedy happened against Croatia, I got a level 400 seat to watch Messi in the SF getting awarded another debatable penalty (3rd soft penalty in the competition), then now got a wonderful level 600 for the final. Can’t wait to see another soft penalty for Argentina while seated up in the skys.

And before folks here think that I’m an Argentina hater, I admire how passionate the Argentina fans are. You guys have a national team fan culture that is 30 years more advanced and united than ours. Part of me is happy to see you guys happy, because you are true passionate fans and put football above many aspects of life, which most people will never understand. But, we have to also call out that any dubious call went your way so far. Brazil also got a few dubious call in our favour in 2002. And like Modric said yesterday, one bad call changes the entire match (and history of the tournament).

So the final is indeed France-Argentina. I imagine tickets to be plentiful, despite the Messi-Mbappe matchup.

 

The one unknown is the demand from Asia, especially South Asia, and also Middle East. Messi/Argentina have a rabid fan base, second only to Brazil probably. Plenty of rich people in the region who’ll relish the chance to see Messi win a WC. It’ll be interesting.

Cat3 TST7 for the other side of the draw (England) is now allocated. I'm Block 530, not ideal, but low down in the block thankfully.

63 is the only match post knockout stage that I won’t be attending, but the atmosphere might actually be better than the final. Wild.

 

Yeah, at M61, only about one in 10 people wearing an Argentina shirt/flag actually was speaking Spanish. And most left at the 80 minute mark. Very strange atmosphere.

 

Thank you Morroco for giving us hope and a crazy run! Was great to watch. Especially touched that they brought the Palestinian flag out every match. My whole life it's felt like we've been ignored and seeing it on the world stage was special. Wish I could've seen them live but happy my morrocan cousins made it to some matches. Hopefully they can start scoring goals to go with their impressive defense. The match up Sunday should be interesting. Argentina seem to be still building while France are great but maybe peaked? Defense looked a little shaky at times. If only Kante was around. Cheers!
