Undoubtedly. I'm pretty sure he's the same YOB as the guy he tied with for the team scoring lead, Camara, who's a junior. Still, always interesting to see how these types of guys translate, especially into higher-level NCAA soccer.

FWIW, it seems that maybe Yannick Bright isn't American. https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/kevin-bright-at-ac-milan.1831165/page-3#post-40846556 The original source for the claim was a Milan fansite and that claim isn't online anymore. I'm not sure it was ever backed up anywhere; certainly I never was able to support it. While obviously circumstantial, Kevin has been known on BS for more than a decade and the fact that a theoretically eligible player at Milan never got a YNT callup might be a clue.
Are we sure that Kevin not being American means Yannick isn't? It could certainly be that Yannick is US-eligible, while Kevin isn't. We've seen that before where one brother is eligible, while the other isn't.
I mean, anything's possible! But, and this might be a dumb question, is there any basis for thinking he's be eligible apart from that he's the brother of someone who might or might not be? I say this as the person who started a YA thread about him years ago assuming he was because it appeared his brother was. Like if someone has reported that he's independently eligible, and we know what the reasons are, great! If not, he would presumably just be the brother of a guy who isn't eligible. And yeah, it's maybe kind of remarkable or weird or whatever that a Milan fansite reported years ago that Kevin was, and subsequently that a brother and sister came to the U.S. to play collegiate sports, but that's not really a lot to go on.
This is all my own speculation. It seems to me like there was some basis for believing Kevin could've been US-eligible. His brother and sister are playing college soccer. What percentage of foreign footballers do so? It's not too many, in the larger scheme of things. Thats why my hypothesis is that Yannick is one of these players who is US-eligible (maybe his parents were living in the US while he was born), while Kevin is not (maybe his parents weren't living in the US while he was born). The sister might also be another who was born in the USA. All of that equation creates the confusion we see with Kevin being tabbed as American, despite recent reports stating he's not.
