Molina has provided us a goal and an assist this tournament. He’s contributed immensely.

I see you got a yellow card…Lahoz must have become a bigsoccer mod shortly after the game.

Lautaro almost scored few times when he came in but denied by great goalkeeping this time instead of pulling a palacio. Once again he scored our last penalty like in Copa semi.

Hopefully he'll return with vengeance in remaining games.

i usually agree with you but I saw this differently. Dibu started an argument with their striker for no reason. The striker hadn’t done anything wrong and we were winning 2-0. It was a stupid move. Then Paredes whacks the ball at their bench after fouling their guy. If the Dutch were angry they had every right to be. I thought we lost our heads a little bit and got nervous. Cool heads were needed. Paredes should have seen red. If someone does that to our bench imagine what we are thinking. The foul was a yellow and he was very lucky not to be further punished in my opinion.

For kicking the ball a red at empty bench? ? That big van dick literally assaulted him right after that's not jist a red that's a ban from football and a restraining order

Honestly fk the dirty Dutch team and anyone who defends them. They got plenty lucky and started playing dirty nevermind the mind games they got wrecked and sent back home.

Hilarious seeing people melt down about us advancing. Most people are simply rooting against Messi because he's pounded their team for well over a decade(Particularly those front-running plastics).

You know what you can do...

In perfect world he should have been scoring goals but instead he had Kun 2014 type of tournament. Nevertheless I think its a great pic.

Dutch played the worst football I have seen this tournament. Worst xg in history with garbage players who will never amount to anything scoring from half chances. That right there tells you it's all luck

What’s terrifying is no acuna and anyone else? Di Maria will start next March hopefully and please god somehow let Enzo play higher up the pitch.

no idea how we will defend Croatia’s crosses, we looked helpless against headers.

still, would love to get revenge for the 2018 thrashing

How good are the Netherlands? Were they a good test for us?

Are Netherlands or Croatia the better team?

Also how key is Acuna to us? Is he going to be a big loss? Sorry, I’m not familiar with the game 100% and still learning.

Basically, will Croatia be tougher than the Netherlands or are the Netherlands the better team?

Croatia will be tougher because they have an actual midfield, though they may be running out of gas and are old.

Its hard to predict, but some of these European teams like Sweden, Switzerland, Croatia, Netherlands are often tricky for Argentina. Its usually a single goal win at max , so I would be carefull. Croatia however has played two 120 minutes game, we only played once so we should be stronger not to mention Modric is older than Palermo in 2010.

2018 final proof Croatia can match France but they're clearly gassed out in second half as they also went into ET twice before the final at the time.

Subtitution would be key in my opinion and we should be pressing like we did against Netherlands at ET. Scaloni should stop doing that defending 1-2 goals lead, its annoying and Argentina is never built for defend. We're always better as an attacking team.

I’m saying yellow for the foul and yellow for whacking the ball at the bench. The bench wasn’t empty he was just lucky he hit an empty chair !!

I thought Paredes was a bit of a liability today, though I think he’s talented. On another note, De Paul was missed badly once he was subbed.

I think Scaloni needs to have a strong word with Paredes. He’s a hot head and we can’t afford to lose our heads from now on. I always call for him to come on but he needs to be disciplined, both emotionally and positionally. I didn’t see either today.

Great penalty though. Also Lautaro, lots of criticism on here, big balls to take the fifth kick, the pressure kick. He’s missed chances he hasn’t scored but he still had the balls. We’ll done to that man.
