🌟 Your @Trustly Player of the Month for November! @gn2kr has made a solid start to life at the Club! 🙌 pic.twitter.com/UY2wrBTzj8— West Ham United Women (@westhamwomen) December 8, 2022 She won it. To be honest from what I’ve seen she hasn’t been at her best at West Ham. Though I think it’s more due to the players she plays with than Shimzu herself.

Yuka Anzai was hit by a ball on 8/14 and a concussion was diagnosed a day later. On 11/23, she had a re-examination because there was no improvement in symptoms and a week later, a cerebrospinal fluid leakage was diagnosed. She underwent surgery on 12/2 and will be out ~3 months https://t.co/uGD76YpRRF— NavyBlueWasp (@NavyBlueWasp) December 9, 2022

Yumura scored a very nice goal for Elfen. Nagano scored through Ito. Nojima tend to run out of puff in the second half, so I cannot imagine them finding a way back against Nagano. Nojima created the better chances to score in the first half, but they are down a goal. I am not sure how Nagano have zero points after four games. They are a very well organised team.
Nagano got the win today. It was actually a very entertaining match despite the 1-0 scoreline. There was a lot of nice football being played, but unfortunately for both teams most of it was happening in the middle of the pitch. A draw would probably have been a fairer result, but that is football. Teams know that against Nojima they can defend with a high line due to their lack of speed pretty much across the whole team. Nojima did try and exploit the high line with Matsumoto on the right, but were a little unlucky with some of the off-sides. Nagano defended well and did some good things going forward. Ito and Takizawa were good with Kimotsuki and Iwashita in defence playing very well. Another loss for Nojima.
Today's result: WE League Mynavi 0-0 Jef Albi 0-1 Ohmiya (Inoue) Chifure (Yuumura) 1- 0 Regina Nagano (Ito) 1-0 Nojima Empress's Cup third round Sfida (Mitsumoto 2, Horie 2, Murakami 2) 6-0 Toyo Uni Iga (Nishibayashi) 1-1 (PK 6-5) Ehime (Hiratsuka) Harima (Chiba, Yoshida) 2-0 Sakuyo high Orca 0-0 (PK 4-5) Waseda Uni
Wow, Waseda once again upsetting a Division 1 team to advance in "their" tournament! Looks like Iga-Ehime was more closely contested than expected, although in the end there was no upset here.
Division 2. Hopefully this will attract other quality players to Belle so they wont be the team to go through the replacement battle like for the last 2 years.
Thats 'Waseda A-Style'. Good luck to them, Omiya next. I'm not really surprised it was close. Ehime do play well when they play attacking football and bad when they play for possession. Iga on the other hand have gone downhill since the summer break and the absence of Mitsuhashi Asuka. Also 4 Iga players have had covid in the last week. Regulars Hata Miyu #3 and Sakuma Kotori #10 were missing from the game so maybe they're 2 of the 4. But it was good to see Nishibayashi Rie in the starting lineup, first time since the summer break. Squad lists
Kanto League Replacement Match Daito Bunka University 0:1 VONDS Ichihara FC Ladies So VONDS go up to Kanto D1 where they join OSA Rhea, Nankatsu Wings, Waseda A-Style , Toyo Uni etc And a nice smile from profile girl Otsubo Sai #9
It looks like no Takashige for INAC. She has been replaced by Ide. Ando is apparently playing as a centre-back. I do not think this will go well.
Moriya scores a nice goal to put INAC in front. I could be wrong, but I think there will be a few more goals in this game.
1-0 to INAC. It is a pretty fun game to watch. I suspect Urawa will find a way to score in the second half. Wakisaka has come off with an injury, so there might not be as much pressure on the Urawa midfielders. But we shall see, because INAC look quite dangerous when going forward.
Today's result: WE League Urawa (Seike) 1-2 Inac (Moriya, Takase) Empress's Cup third round Cerezo (Tabata 2) 2-3 Nippatsu (Uchida, Miyashita, Kobayashi)
INAC get the win in a very entertaining game of football. I think a draw would have been a fairer representation of the game. Urawa had long stretches of play with the ball, but were unable to penetrate INAC's penalty box that successfully due to INAC's good defence. INAC's second goal came from a good run from Doko who was not picked up by anybody. In the second half Urawa looked to be getting tired and were a little succeptible to counter attacks. It makes me wonder why Kusunose did not make a few more changes after the equaliser. I find Urawa and INAC both quite unwilling to make substitutions. Tanaka played very well again for INAC with Miki Ito also very impressive in midfield. The back three as well were also excellent and Moriya was always dangerous on the right. INAC had a good game. Ando actually did alright today at centre-half, but her partner Ishikawa was very solid; she is prone to mistakes, but today she was good. Other than that there was Shiokoshi and Seike who worked very hard. Good game on the whole.
