    more 04 updates!!!
    -on 04 W Bamba
According to the "kicker", one of the best prospects for an early chance in the Bundesliga squad seems to be him.

-on 04 CB Collins DOUBLE POSTING
1.Getting upped to Dortmund II in 3rd Liga. Does open door for him to make debut in last few matches for 1st team.

"We have to be measured by that too"
    BVB pulls up defensive talent

Young player Nnamdi Collins moves up a level at BVB
Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund has built up first-class youth work, and numerous talents are hoping for a quick breakthrough. BVB has now brought up a youngster, but there is still a long way to go to the professionals.

Defender Nnamdi Collins may continue to gain experience in the coming months. The 18-year-old from Düsseldorf will train with the Borussia Dortmund U23 team from January.

The time has come for the captain of BVB's U19 team, coach Mike Tullberg told "Ruhr Nachrichten". At the same time, the Dane made it clear: "That doesn't mean that he won't play for us anymore. It should be like Bradley Fink last season. Then we would have promoted the next player. We have to be measured by that too."

Collins on BVB trip to Bucharest?
One thing is clear: In the best-case scenario, Nnamdi Collins will continue at Borussia Dortmund in the long term. However, the versatile defender only has a contract with the Revierklub until the end of the season. Most recently, the 18-year-old was part of the Dortmund tour group that had stopped off in Asia for marketing purposes.

    2.Kicker on Collins
The “kicker” judges central defender Nnamdi Collins that he has “potential for the top, but he also has to prove it constantly”

    -on 03 RB Semic
right-back Lion Semic (19) simply reveals defensive weaknesses too often.

-oof, - towards the foreign that Dortmund fans love to hype
and his defensive colleague Soumaila Coulibaly (19), who regularly finds himself on the professional bench, still seems “too hectic and too insecure"

Left-back Prince Aning (18), who was preparing for the season with the pros and already seemed like one of the big winners, is "not yet a significant factor" in the 3rd division and has "showed a mixed game" and also in the Jayden Braaf (20), signed by Manchester City in the summer, cannot yet meet expectations "His substitutions were mixed," said Preusser.Ingo Preuss, team manager at the Dortmund reserve, made it clear to the 'Ruhr Nachrichten': "As of now, he hasn't arrived yet, he's not doing what we expect from him. […] In August I thought. Now he's ready. I thought the same thing in September and October. The year is almost over now. Its development has not been satisfactory so far.”

-Dortmund II coach to play youth more in 2nd half
However, the next six months are likely to be of particular importance for all young hopefuls. Preusser promises that he will give the very young guard more playing time in the 3rd division in the new year. In the first half of the season, they were still cautious due to the enormous double burden of the group stage in the Youth League ("You can't expect that from a U-19 player in his first year"), but now they want to tighten the reins.

-Dortmund 1st team 3 friendly 30 min matches cup squad
    04 GK Kisrsch, 04 CB Collins, 03 RB Semic, 04 W Bamba, 04 CF Moukoko, 01 W Pohlmann

04 LB Rothe won't be fit until like January.

    Gurpuz+Pasalic=poached

will be curious to see if 04 CB Collins, 05 CB Ihendu and 05 CB Buchmann breakthrough Dortmund, Leipzig, and Bayern or not.

but younger CBs are making progress

-Gechter, shall be back in 1BL in Summer. Annoying that injuries is what hold him up back
-Collins, finally gonna make that pro jump to 3rd Liga and has 1BL prospects
-Quarshie got upped today at Hoffenheim. Made debut before WC
-Morgalla, already XI in 3rd Liga and half of 1BL wants him
-Kiala is getting more and more chances in Hertha 1st training
-Reichardt got call up to Stuttgart at USA tour
-Tolba seem highly rated at Bochum
-Bruns, training with Union Berlin 1st team
-Ihendu got high praise by Marco Rose at Leipzig
-Buchmann, a lot of reports that will be in 1st training at Bayern

of course not full list of 04-05s CBs. A lot more to come.

    Union Berlin announced that
04 GK Stein, 04 CB Bruns and 05 LB Jurschik (1st time ever) are training with 1st team.

04 M Keimlein who is closest youth to 1st is on vacation due to playing DFB November International. 02 M Schneider is ill.

01 W Maciejewski and 01 W Leweling also in training

curious to why 04 CF Sanogo most of times seems absent? Is he not rated by club? He does train but more here and there.

why? Our beloved troll poster told us for ages that he's shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit and nobody wants him, LMAO

on 02 CF Woltemade who is on 3rd Liga loan.
“We are closely following his development in Elversberg. He feels very comfortable there and has settled into the team," says Werder Bremen's head of professional football Clemens Fritz in an interview with the DeichStube

"It's nice to see that Nick has now also scored," says Fritz, for whose Bremen the loan of the talent to the 3rd division has so far worked out perfectly.

"In the summer he will return to Bremen and attack us again," announces Fritz.

Zaza wins every time. Legendary penalty lol. I don’t like these stuttered run ups but at least Damar hit it properly in the corner, mostly players hit weak shots when doing such run ups.

-according to TZ, 05 RB/LB Baum gonna sign pro contract
Elias Baum (17): Eintracht Frankfurt's jewel can play both on the right and on the left in the back four. He plays top in both full-back positions. He already proved that this season in the Youth League. In Frankfurt he should sign a professional contract.

-update and praise for 05 RB Walde from Gladbach sporting director
Virkus: Exactly, Simon Walde, for example, played a great preparation with the pros after he had just come out of the U17s. He was absolutely convincing there. Unfortunately, he then injured himself. But he's on his way back to the pitch now.

    -Frankfurt II coach Interview
Mr. Glibo, five young talents from your U-21 team recently traveled to Japan with the Bundesliga professionals. Proud?

Of course we watched the games, let them play in the coaching room, after all it's the guys we work with every day. We hoped they would do well and they did. Above all, they can take a lot from the games with the pros, they have to learn to keep up the pace, to work biliously against the ball.

Mehdi Loune, one of your ranks, is currently training with Oliver Glasner's team. What effects are you hoping for?
Basically, the boys take a lot with them because the opponents are simply of a higher level. If you can gain self-confidence there, it will also be easier for you with us. Mehdi recognizes the spaces very well, always takes the first contact away from the opponent and can thus free himself from pressure situations. He's on the right track, but still has a lot of work to do.

Are your players challenged enough in the fifth-rate Hessenliga, which your team is leading after a little more than half the season?
At the beginning of the season we could see one or two deficits, defending in the sixteen, calm and natural in the game with the ball. We were far from optimal. But a clear development can be seen, sometimes we play with an average age of 19 against significantly older players who are also ripped off. In addition, there is a new, high burden. On the one hand through the participation of individual players in the Youth League, but also the size of the league with a total of 38 match days. We also put together a new team in the summer. I'm very happy to bring the whole thing together so well.

Promotion to the regional league would make sense and be necessary to narrow the gap to the Bundesliga squad and to be able to better promote talent. Or?
I'll answer like this: The higher the league, the higher the level and the chances of development. On the other hand, we've only been at the start for half a year with the new team, so everything has to grow.

At the beginning of the season, it was said that promotion was not the overarching goal, one just wanted to get started in the league. Sports director Markus Krösche recently declared that he would be happy to take the step into league four in the first attempt. How do you see it?
We are all competitive athletes and we want to win every game. Everything else follows from that. We were able to make big strides quickly, and when the maximum comes out of it in the end, we're happy to accept it. But our focus is on the training of the individual players.
    https://www.fr.de/eintracht-frankfu...immer-an-leistungsgrenzen-gehen-91959760.html

    -Glasner on Frankfurt youth
There are also talents like Mehdi Loune (18). Glasner: "Half an hour against Atalanta is worth more to them than the 16th game in the Hessenliga, because it's about the development of the player."

    Frankfurt looking different for youth
    01-Ramaj, Alidou
    02-Knauff (on loan)
    04-Wenig, Loune
    06-Alaoui, Awussi

All with pro contracts. Now reports about 05-Baum (who made debut in Japan tour in November) signing pro contract.

I'm curious to see what happens to
02-Otto (used to be 1st prospect, needs to leave ASAP), Fischer
03-Gebuhr (usually plays friendlies), Schroder (was a 1st prospect prior to injury now back and has played past 3 back to back XI in II), Ghotra (seems well liked as from Summer-present, usually with 1st for friendlies), Schafer (has played in 1st friendlies), Horz, Maurer

    from II.,

    from U19
    04-Maqkaj, Kolbe
    05-Baum, Hannak, Mladenovic, Wunsch

    won't bother with U17.

Is Mehdi Loune only 169cm tall? If that's true, he's maybe too short to succeed especially at a physical team like Eintracht Frankfurt.

physique is body/height but at end of day its more body for certain positions.

    Loune is a CM
There have been a decent amount of M players in that 1.70m region. He's not 1st nor last. Will just need to make sure he has the body for it if he really is 1.69m, who knows.

so far he's 2nd closest youth to Frankfurt 1st after Wenig. And he's gotten praise when with 1st team, so far so good.

and he's not only one, 2BL Darmstadt a physical team have 04 M Sonn who is listed at 1.65m. He has pro contract, club likes him and semi-regular on 1st team bench.

    this is comedy gold

    don't anyone tell him
    -Seeler, 1.7m tall
    -Gerd Muller, 1.76m tall
    -Voller, 1.8m tall

same guy who makes huge fits and declares guys in early 1.8m as NOT CFs but retweets something about guys less than that, LMAO. Troll poster really is a parody.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

also to me its hilarious how every ********ing tournament Germany bombs, everyone actually guillable to believe the whole DFB throwing CF under bus. We bombed because of no CFs. We had Fullkrug but nevermind that Germany can't produce CF anymore. We had Gomez in 2018 but we flopped because of no CFs not because of high line+playing finished players, LMAO

LMAO that anyone is stupid to believe Watzke or Flick or Low whoever who SCAPEGOAT CFs.

when the truth we bombed WC18 and WC22 because both Low and Flick are stupid and scapegoated left and right. And whole media sell the narrative as why we went out too.

I called it after we went out in GS that Flick gonna scapegoat CFs and few hours later, he did, LMAO. He's clown who never played fixed XI, swicthed in every match, obssessed with playing finished Muller, D can't defend to save its life, refusal to play Fullkrug in XI etc.

finally also hilarious how Germany as a country is OBSESED with classical CFs even though historically vast vast majority of our class CFs aren't the guys in 190s. So its hilarious that current fixation is allllll on big and physical and nothing else.

same some in media blame youth work on exit just like they did back in 2018 WC.

stupid coaches has nothing to do with youth work, LMAO.

if both insist on high line and always concede, wtf that has to do with youth work, LOL.

Flick is even worst as he plays high line with D that never played together, LMAO.

Spain is as stupid too, refusal to play anything but false 9.

I don't bother posting that rubbish because
    -super repetitive
    -adds nothing new
-I prefer focusing on player dev with clubs over neverending crying and complaining
-DFB will have to fully maximize the German potential ONE DAY but until then bitching about it won't change anything. It won't happen overnight anyways.

    here's 1 + posting about youth from
ex Senior NT player, ex DFB YNT coach and current HSV Youth boss Horst Hrubesch

World Cup 2022: Horst Hrubesch on youth work in Germany
Hrubesch: "I'm sure we have enough talent"

Horst Hrubesch is responsible for developing young talent at HSV. The 71-year-old revealed to our Sky Repoter Sven Töllner that an extension has to do with a second person.
Horst Hrubesch is head of youth development at Hamburger SV and in an exclusive interview with Sky reporter Sven Töllner gives an insight into his work at HSV and takes a look at German talent promotion in general.

The debate about German youth work is always particularly loud when it becomes obvious that something is fundamentally wrong - as it is now. HSV junior boss Horst Hrubesch has been in the thick of things for years - extremely successfully. Hamburg's second team is currently mixing up the Regionalliga Nord. A horde of 16 to 19-year-olds who prevail week after week against fourth division competitors who are peppered with ex-professionals and rip-off warhorses. Instead of learning the hard way, coach Pit Reimers' team shot up to second place in the table. Working on the HSV campus - a blueprint for German youth work?

Sky Sport: Are you surprised by the soaring of your teenagers?
Hrubesch: "Like the other teams, we've tried with three, four, five older players. But the result wasn't what we had hoped for. Now we've decided to give the youngsters the responsibility. It takes time for them to grow into it and take the initiative themselves. Compliments to the players, how they have accepted it. Physically, they sometimes can't regulate it - a lot can be done with footballing means. They then learn how to counteract it physically the time. That way the boys get used to the next step early on."

Sky Sport: For some, the step from the U19s to the men's division proves to be too big...
Hrubesch: "You have to be as reliable as possible at an earlier point in time and recognize whether a player might be struggling in the first year. With the right trust, he might make it in the second year. We have the players who come to us already pre-selected and we consciously chose them. We give them the opportunity to make mistakes and get used to the next higher level at an early stage - also physically."

Sky Sport: The footballing and physical element is definitely the basis. How important is the mental area - a stable value system?

Hrubesch: "What motivates young people is confirmation. They have to be able to see that it works if they implement the guidelines. So the decisive factor is: What are the talented people willing to invest? What are they doing for it themselves? How brave are they , when it comes to making your own decisions? If I just want to play along a bit, it doesn't make any sense in the end."

Sky Sport: How do you develop the basic mental requirements for strong characters with decision-making qualities?
Hrubesch: "Having fun in football is crucial. The conviction that you can control the game is part of it - because that's the only way to keep the fun going. That was always the case, and I've experienced it myself. If you always have to keep up, invest you less at some point. I relegated with Essen, when I came to HSV and Ernst Happel, the fun naturally grew more and more. I always tell the boys: You are one of the very few who can go this way. Do one for yourself If you please and accept our help, our task is then to develop the talent not only as a footballer but also as a person. And they have to realize that they have to prove every year that they are among the best."

Sky Sport: Your old companion Felix Magath has just described the development of young talent in Germany as "hair-raising" and pointed out that "young players are brought in from abroad for 10 to 20 million euros". Is he right?

Hrubesch: "To put it bluntly, we played rumble football in 2000 and consequently installed talent development programs. That has led to progress. I don't see it as extreme as Felix, but of course many clubs now tend to buy young players abroad at an early stage. But I've also seen a lot of performances by the DFB U-Teams recently, who have won their games against top teams. I'm convinced that we have enough talent. Felix is definitely right when it comes to the top teams in the Bundesliga. "They buy expensive talent that they need immediately. It's a little different with us. I have a clear agreement with Jonas Boldt that we're going to focus on young people. And you can see that we're open to the future. That's of course also the case Tim Walter, who has worked in youth development for a long time himself, takes the boys with him and shows them how they can do it."

Horst Hrubesch cannot fully understand Felix Magath's criticism of the lack of support for young talent in Germany.

Sky Sport: Anssi Suhonen, Faride Alidou, Fabian Nürnberger or Tom Sanne are some examples of the development young players can currently take at HSV. How difficult is it to keep such people?
Hrubesch: "Of course they arouse desire. With our U21s, there are always 20 to 25 interested observers sitting in the stands watching our boys. We're currently playing in the second division - of course we've already lost a few talents. I hope so "that the lads continue on their way after they left the club. If you go through the youth teams, there are five or six players at HSV in each year group that we trust to lead the way."

Sky Sport: U21 coach Pit Reimers is currently responsible for the finishing touches before professional football. What distinguishes him?
Hrubesch: "He does it really well, speaks very honestly and directly with the players. What is very important: He is not afraid to throw in the younger players. He has the club's backing for that. When I observe in training how dealing with the boys, living the thing and throwing himself into it, it's just a lot of fun. Of course, Pit also has important helpers, but he's the brains and does a great job."

Sky Sport: Carrot and stick - more important than ever at that age?
Hrubesch: "You need the complete repertoire. Pit has that. He sometimes gets louder in training, but then he hugs the lads again. He has something that you can't learn: a precise feeling for the right reaction in of the respective situation. Incidentally, all of this also arouses desires. But I want to keep him!"

Sky Sport: Do we generally need more of this feeling in German youth training?
Hrubesch: "I was always of the opinion that a training culture is more important than a performance culture. At that age you have to be allowed to make mistakes and lose games. Anyone who learns from them will benefit later."

    German media=parody

imagine, all clubs admit they go for dev/sell=foreign players but then you have these personalities who then use that as proof that German youth is shit.

give me a break. I noticed the dev/sell trend back in 2017 and was 1st one anywhere to notice. At 1st, clubs were lying their asses off about why they brought foreign youth only to later on admit why. So many ********ing clowns.

and let's be clear no clubs pays $10-20M for any player unless they had real pro exp. And with International Market/Globolization its easier to be ******** integration let's just buy experienced young that we can sell later on. And at same time they have exp so can be helpful now.

LOL they also payed that type of sum for HUGE HUGE amount of DUDS. Paulinho cost $20M and was a HUGE FLOP.

and whole point of paying that much is to dev to sell for triple, quadruple the amount later on.

Bayern buying Gravenberch for $20M. I mean he's constantly bitching about not playing. But its also reality that Bayern doesn't integrate anyways. They will always go for exp player and that he has CL is added bonus too.

there is no way around this for youth unless you go have pro exp.

anyone notice how German youth who excel in 2BL have tons of clubs interested in them from 1BL clubs. Like you see clubs who never integrate their own players go after them.

shows the issue is dev/sell+clubs aren't that keen on integration, most prefering ready made players NOW.

The trend ALMOST EVERY FOREIGN YOUTH CF (even the ones they payed money for, LMAO)=LOAN DUMPING. Leipzig gonna dump on loan Novoa.

if one notices, what's # of foreign youth who brokethrough 1BL for realz from U19 in recent times????
The Answer is NONE so far, LMAO

closest is Gittens who Dortmund HOPES to sell for $100M+. I don't count Reyna as from U19 as he only played there due to age for 1BL back then was 17 and he came at 16 so only temp. But he too club is pushing for him to sell him like Pulisic at $70+M. But so far neither has done anything.

what does that tell you even foreign Youth who are coming from German U19 clubs aren't breakingthrough, LOL. Everywhere one looks clubs are just buying experience players. So issue isn't as much German youth but lack of integration for inexeperienced youth. Tons of clubs coaches get fired left and right. Your in good standing with X coach but meh with Y.

but when you have clubs like Hoffenheim, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Dortmund, Mainz, for quick example who were doing nothing for a long time integration but are starting to do something. Hertha is panicking due to everyone poaching from them, LOL. Shows that there is a difference.

even HSV as Hrubesch mentioned want to focus on their own youth.

will we shocking see Bayern or Leipzig do any integration? Both seem to push handful of players but more wait and see.

and let's be honest, 1BL clubs ALWAYS give exaggerated demands to German youth. I recall whole we want Elite German talents but accept mediocre to good foreign youth BS that one saw for years. Why the ******** do German youth need to be Elite to play 1BL, that's bogus as frick. while those same clubs brought in average as frick duds, LOL.

00 GK Heekeren of Schalke has chance to become #1.

Heekeren could become number one at Schalke - and soon!
Statements by Schalke coach Thomas Reis indicate that the previous number one Alexander Schwolow has to worry about his place. The highly talented, playfully strong Justin Heekeren could replace Schwolow, who was weak in the first half of the season - provided he convinces in the preparation.

"I want to see him at a higher level in preparation," explains Reis in an interview with the Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung. So far, the 22-year-old, who came from the fourth division in the summer, has played in Schalke's U23s, but has made a good impression there so far. Reis: "He's gaining valuable match practice with the U23s. I've seen a few games there, he's very good at football."

Things could get tight for Stammkraft Schwolow
Although the step from the regional league from Rot-Weiß Oberhausen to Schalke is a huge one, Heekeren has the talent to "maybe follow in big footsteps," says Reis, who doesn't even look that far into the future. "We'll see whether it's against Frankfurt in the first game in 2023 or later." A goal change on matchday 16 is therefore definitely possible.

For the previous regular keeper Schwolow, that means pressure in the first place. The 30-year-old can no longer afford to make big mistakes, otherwise there is a risk of the changing of the guard. Still, Reis can understand that things don't always go according to plan when you're deep in the relegation battle. "If you're in a phase where things aren't going well, your self-confidence fluctuates. A back pass may then be followed by an unclean pass. In this case, I can even understand that you act more cautiously.” But for Reis it is clear: “Our goalkeepers should be braver!”

Courage that Heekeren might have more than his colleague Scholow. At best, the preparation will show whether the former is ready for the Bundesliga. If this is affirmed by the coaching team, things could get hot in the competition.

SPECIAL GAME ROUND IN JUNIOR BUNDESLIGEN
At its meeting on Friday, the Executive Committee of the German Football Association (DFB) decided to introduce a new competition after the 2022/2023 season in the A-Junior Bundesliga and B-Junior Bundesliga. The decision was made against the background of the corona pandemic, as a result of which the Bundesliga season was shortened to a single round. The competition will be played from the end of March to June 2023, and all clubs in the A and B junior federal leagues can take part.

Manuel Hartmann, Managing Director Match Operations at DFB GmbH & Co. KG, says: "We are pleased to be able to offer and hold a special game round from March 2023 in the interest of our young players and talent development. This new competition format is a flexible reaction to the after-effects of the Corona Pandemic and the resulting shortened 2022/2023 season in the junior federal leagues. It offers all clubs the opportunity to give their players more valuable minutes of competition on the pitch."

The game is played in two phases. In the preliminary round (phase 1), the teams are divided into groups of four or five. The DFB specialist group for youth match operations takes regional aspects into account, i.e. ensures the most attractive pairings possible while at the same time short travel distances between the match locations. In each group, the teams play each other once. Clubs participating in the final round of the German Championship 2023 skip the preliminary round and go straight into the main round (phase 2). Here they meet the first and second place finishers of the group stage in "League A". In "League B", the third, fourth and fifth place players play out their places in a single round.

An Academy with little info is 2BL Paderborn looks like
02 CB Donner, 04 CF Ansah and 05 CB Stamm are training with 1st team.

I know Stamm from dfb camp listing for 05s. Ansah is yet another 04 CF getting pro chance, list is growing. he's listed at 1.94m tall too.

not for 1st time, Donner looks like regular in training and 2 others popped up during friendlies in September.

some other names at Paderborn but not with 1st are the ex Dortmund 04 RB/LB Mrosek and 05 CB Florke.
