Scroll up and look again. It's there. Otherwise you have Eleven Bravo on ignore. From the context, you can tell I was responding to someone. I asked them a question. Also, maybe the baseline should be that people normally make some modicum of sense.
Ah. I *do* have eleven bravo on ignore. So, when you quote someone on ignore it does not display? Did not know that. and modicum of sense? This is BigSoccer, sir!
I was responding to a guy who said to me: "You do understand this thread is about players who, you know, played in the World Cup against England, right? Did you get lost from some other thread?" Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. I wasn't anymore adversarial in my response. I handled that fairly. And he approached me that way because he said he has you on ignore and assumed I was nonsensical. But ironically you stuck up for him.
If those players aren't any good, then why did the MLS contingent whine so much when most of those players chose europe over MLS?
IMO CCV needs to try to get to a bigger club, or at least go to a club in a better league. I understand he's starting for Celtic, however, he's not getting enough high competition games consistently. He'll need that to progress his game. He played well against Iran in a pressure situation. He has the potential to be a bigger part of the 2026 WC team, especially if McKenzie, Trusty, or other young defenders don't improve/emerge. What club would be best for Musah if he were to move? This is his first year as a starter at the top division professional level. He'll need playing time to improve, as well as a competitive training environment. Not sure if Real madrid, Juve, Chelsea, etc would be the best place right now for him. Tyler Adams: He's not going anywhere until at least the summer, if he moves at all. He's too important for Leed's EPL survival for them to sell him in January. Tim Weah: Love to see him make a move somewhere he'll get consistent minutes. Of course if Lille sell David, that'll open up more time for Weah, or at least should.
Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. He is fine a Valencia; he needs to consolidate his position in the team. If and when he becomes a dominant player there, maybe then he would ready for a move He’s not there yet, but we will see if his WC performances signal a permanent step up in level.
as much as it would nauseate me to have any rooting interest/positive feelings towards them, i think livepool would be the best "super club" fit. he fits the style, there are minutes to be had and a manager who is both "american friendly" (if you belive thats a thing) and more than willing to bring young, raw players though. i think his passing is the area he needs the most improvement in, and while its hard to gauge who develops individual skill like that well or not, their simple, linking passing scheme (in the middle) is a good "system" for him, imo. his defense and dribbling/carrying are pretty well developed (to put it lightly as a huge fan) for his age but i think pool would be the best fit for the type of player i think he is/can be.
valencia already floated a price before the world cup, i think theyre more interesed in the fee they can get for him than developing him into a fully mature, dominant(adjacent) player whos just going to be poached at some point fairly soon anyways.
Valencia also needs the money. They've been teetering on the brink of financial collapse for over a decade now. Their replacement stadium stands dormant and construction still unfinished since construction stopped in 2009. https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/valencia-stadium-built-nou-mestalla-27713390

guys who can only play the 6 and their weakness is with the ball aren't in high demand the dutch match really hurt him. their entire strategy was to allow him to have the ball knowing he couldn't beat them with the ball.
Also people really overrate how small a 4 game sample size is, in a totally different enviornment and situation than club football. The reality is that the book is pretty clear on who Adams is as a player. He came to Europe as a young player as part of probably the most comprehensize scouting network in the sport. He has played many games in Germany and in the CL. Teams know exactly who he is and 3 games (subtracting the dutch game cause he was not good in it) does not change anything.
Adams is already roughly at the level where you can be a destroyer and not offer a ton of offense. He plays in a system perfect for him. There might be small upgrades, but to get an offer from a big club, he'll need to improve his passing, I think. Look at the big clubs and who they play at the CDM position, and I don't know if a single one is as far defensive on the value creation scale as Tyler. Maybe Kante when he was at Leicester? So maybe that's the career path -- add some offensively skillsets like Kante did (his are more with the dribble, but I think Tylers will be on the pass).
