    Agreed. I think we all had questions about Bento's commitment and whether he's just been mailing it in or not. His reaction upon seeing Kim YG screaming his head off at the ref - the quick realization that he might get booked, his humility when he blamed his own human emotions in the postmatch interview - shows me that he cares about the players and the team, and that he believed we could succeed against Portugal. If he didn't believe we could win, then there's no harm in letting Kim YG get sent off. And then KYG repays him with a goal in the next game. Honestly it made me emotional.

    I had thought at first Bento just went psycho, like the rest of the team, because that's his temper. If he did all that to protect a player...wow.

    I had not been able to find rationale behind why KNT players have been so supportive of Paulo. I can now tell it after watching him coming after Anthony Taylor.
