That isn't true, Netherlands is favored. That is a 3 way wager, so you can bet Netherlands, tie, or USA, so betting then +100 and it ends in tie 90 mins its a loss. On the 3 way bet wager usa is +300 and tie is like +230....so no Netherlands are not a betting underdog
