Fifa just deployed a redesign of fcfs portal, showing the cheapest seat available. Saw it for a second and then it kicked me out

 

So the kicking people out of a session is a thing now we can't avoid before a drop... Correct?

Couldn't cart a Netherlands - USA ticket because I got an error message saying that I had an incompatible product in my account. This is presumably my England conditional ticket but that is now game 51 and not on the same day. Anyone else had this? And is there any way to fix it?
