When you are a great team with lots of talent everywhere on the field that kinda thing usually happens.

At this point I would bet Brasil/Ghana rematch from 2006.

They have great team, but without Neymar comparatively pretty ordinary and no star player.

    Could have been 2-0 there.

It looks like Brazil play much better when they have the lead.

They look ordinary when the score is tied.

And I suppose they'll struggle if they concede first.

Disappointed with the result. At least all we have to do is avoid defeat vs Serbia, and we’re through.

Brazil gets the three points. The Swiss did not deserve anything.

I think we were unfortunate to not get a point. For all of their possession, Brazil really only tested Sommer a few times. We had chances to score first and put the pressure on them, but couldn't convert or get the strike away when presented with the opportunity.

    Well deserved win for Brazil.
Switzerland did what it could but when you do not have a shot on goal then you cannot score, end.
Casemiro is one a kind. There is simply no other midfielder on earth like him. He has intelligence and physical power. Brazil are very lucky to have him.

I still have the Switzerland vs France quarter perfectly in mind. And as frustrating as it is, I believe Brazil did exactly what had to be done to avoid falling in the same trap as France. They constantly attacked, but never in fully uncovering themselves. As such, the Swiss were unable to take a run on a counter, getting systematically caught by 2 Brazilian defenders.

So Brazil patiently kept the ball, waiting to find the way to break the Swiss wall. They succeeded to score this way, and then they continued the same way, which is exactly what France didn't and got punished for.

In the end, a very closed game, but that was still what needed to be done to score without conceding.

Brazil's strong point is their team defense.

They limited both Serbia and Switzerland to 0 shots on target. However I don't find Brazil that strong going forward.

I don't see a reason why the best UEFA teams can't match Brazil.

Brazil is the best team in the group easily and proved it although j am not that convinced about them winning it all

    Next Switzerland-Serbia.

Switzerland fought nice. Usually, Switzerland destroys big teams. In 2014, Spain, two draws against Brazil, EURO 2021 against France...good luck in last match.:)

eh, so that's 3 draws and a 1-0 win... hmm, not exactly "destroying" teams but I get your point, Switzerland are tough. They can beat, but also lose to anyone...

Switzerland is a complicated team to handle. I doubt that any fan wants them in their group.
