    Criminal to play Tchouameni who has been one of their best players while getting kicked around in this meaningless game when you should give him rest for the next round and have Camavinga to replace him.

    Genius to then play Camavinga so out of position to set him up for failure.

    Can’t watch the France game. Is Camavinga looking dicey at LB as I expected? I know Mendy has not been in the best form but it was still obviously a mistake to leave him out of the squad.

    Unfortunately, Denmark was doomed at this WC because the Danes including the players have been highly divided about participating in this WC for obvious reasons, so even if Denmark has 20 players in the top 4 leagues and Australia only 2, which is not really that important because at the end of the day it's the heart and team spirit that is the most important and decisive for Denmark which was never really there in this tournament, making this the worst performance at a tournament ever for Denmark, but I'm not surprised at all, still I had hoped for Tunesia to progress.

    Doomed because of Qatar. Sure, Denmark was acutely affected by the politics of Qatar as opposed to any other Western or Eastern country in the tournament. Its not like Australia would understand. Absolutely no need for criticism or reflection on the quality of the players themselves. Their hands, or should I say feet, were tied.

    Let’s go with that :D

    I do not think you understand how much this has been discussed and questioned in the Daniah media and not least among fans and players. You can hardly argue that this has not been an issue looking at how the Danish team, that is all about teamwork, tactical superiority and efficiency, has played against teams they on paper should easily beat. As said, this is by far the worst performance by a Danish team ever at a WC or Euro.

    Wasn't expecting Denmark to shit the bed... but they shit the bed. Fans were so quiet in their matches, too. Great to see Australia come strong after a weak qualifying campaign. Great goal, too!
