I read the press releases for all the CU team’s signings. Amazingly, every team thought they did great. Although this is a soccer board, I thought the Buffs volleyball team hit the jackpot. Couldn’t tell on soccer.

By the way, the new goalie was the Pac10 goalie of the year at Okie State as a freshman. Oh boy, did they need help there.
I told everybody I'd be back this past season. I did get to the BYU game in Provo in August, then promptly disappeared. Medical issues, I'm getting a wee bit old (76) and have a seriously impressive list of conditions that grew longer. I even missed soccer and volleyball at Colorado Mesa University, both of which are played four blocks from where I live. But I'm still here and learning to live well enough with some new limitations. Hopefully I can join the team in having a strong season this year.
