FWIW, I also thought US-Wales had one of the quietest atmospheres I’ve seen for a World Cup game, or even a friendly. The place was a morgue for large stretches. I don’t think the US supporters section got a single song going the whole game (Wales was much better on that front)
Match 52 is new 50! Although given draw between Mexico and Poland yesterday, still a decent chance Argentina finish top
16:00 kick off GERxJPN is the first match for me. There is no match souvenir coke cup, isn't there ? Today's ticket is in my app so far.
I agree! I already have 52. Though an ARG FRA seems unlikely now. I’m all set now. Leaving on Saturday. Don’t drink all the beer!! Oh, wait…

did any one resold his main applicant ticket after sending guests` tickets ? ,, could them enter the stadium with no problems ?!
Are these the “half/half” scarves, and is 20 QAR the actual price before/during the game, or just after?
It's possible that only a small number of tickets were released and were already bought before you could open the page. For matches in high demand, discord alert is not that helpful as everything gets sold out in flash. I try to keep myself logged in as much as possible and when I see a discord alert, I try to refresh the page and hope for some luck.
Now that I gotten some sleep, can recap my first day in Doha, jetlagged and three games I landed super early at like 4am, got to the hotel and thankfully was able to get a room around 630am. The Pearl area sucks for getting to the Metro, so for the first game not knowing my way around Doha yet, I just Ubered from the hotel to the stadium. Ubers guys don't know yet the best routes to get in and out of stadiums and bunch of them just drop you wherever they feel they can get to and out quickly. I had to walk with a bunch of others in same situation for a long distance and was worried I might miss kickoff. It was reallly hot out. App didn't work, but I was let in by the usher after showing FIFA email. Game was amazing, but getting out another shit show, long walks everywhere. I took the Metro back and then a bus transfer to get to my hotel to freshen and change cause I was drenched in sweat. I Ubered again straight to 974 since getting there by transit was again showing a lot of time and metro/bus changes from Pearl. This Uber guy was smart, he dropped me at a footbridge right on the freeway. Got in few minutes before kickoff. Mexican fans brought it. Had a great time! Left after the full time and then had a hard decision to make if I should go to Al Janoub. I was super tired from all the walking and it was a pain finding Ubers near freeway. There were random cars parked near freeway exit asking for 150 QAR to get to Al Janoub. I walked around to the Metro station, and took it to the next stop, got off and got an easier/cheaper Uber to the stadium, same far away drop off zone and long walk. Got into the game at around 15th minute. Was tired and left at 80th minute as France had it wrapped up by then. This was was the worst stadium getting out, I couldn't find where the shuttles were and even asking, everyone redirected that particular flow of people to Uber/Taxi place. Here it was shit show, the Taxi pickup area is choked due to VERY tiny 1 lane streets coming into the parking lot acting as app pickup area. I called the Uber guy and told him not to come to me, I will walk to you or it would take an hour. Finally managed to get back to the hotel at 1am, smashed a burger, first real meal of the day and Al Janoub food sold out when I got there. Thoughts: Security is super random, fusses about camera with a tiny lens all the time. Have to make a little stern face saying its allowed. I really feel for the migrant workers who are just standing around and trying to help but they have no information whatsoever, they just know one or two sentences of not much helpful stuff. My app never worked for the first two games, either it would not even log me in, or after log in will show no tickets. During the Mexico game, it started working again. Don't waste time trying to get printed tickets, just go to the Ushers and show them the FIFA email. Fans and atmosphere has been great, but FIFA/Qatar have ********ed it up. Russia and Brazil, it was easier getting in/out of stadium.
To be honest hospitality with meal and drinks looks way more attractive now after reading all your comments, especially being able to enjoy some post game food while waiting for the lines to get more reasonable at the metro or uber Things will probably get better in the knockout rounds when they can divert more buses to a fewer games.
I feel for you but fifa highly discouraged two + games a day and for awhile the app wouldn't let you buy two games in the same day. This is the reason. It's a small country so things are close but that also means traffic. They had 12 years but never said to do back to back games. I wouldn't really blame them for fans trying to do the impossible - watch 3 full games back to back in a city of thousands of football fans. Isn't it more enjoyable to watch one full game and catch the others in fanzones or on tv instead of leaving each early, missing the start of some, and being riddled with anxiety? You never know what will happen at the end of a game. It seems like everyone is overexerting themselves and not enjoying the matches they're at by trying to do it all.
Also, views from the smaller stadiums are pretty good throughout. And Lusail I was in the 700 nosebleeds, Cat 1, but the view was not bad tbh.
