Cinny. Vazquez is more important than anybody else we might watch. And don't laugh but Miazga may end up being important.
scouting Vazquez no doubt Here’s a noteworthy item for tonight tonight’s #allforcincy - #uniteandconquer match: #USMNT analyst John Bello will be @ TQL Stadium tonight to scout the match.— Pat Brennan (@PBrennanENQ) August 13, 2022 and maybe Miazga Now, I can think of at least one player Bello would be intent to evaluate on FCC. And if you buy Chris Albright’s remarks on Matt Miazga’s place in the MNT player pool, at least two players on Cincinnati’s roster he might be keen to see with his own eyes this evening.— Pat Brennan (@PBrennanENQ) August 13, 2022 Both are starting Taking the pitch for #CINvATL tonight. pic.twitter.com/XYZkb0cqSo— FC Cincinnati (@fccincinnati) August 13, 2022
Cinci/Atlanta is my pick. ifsteve is right about watching Vasquez right now. He has been playing like a beast this season and appears to be on the cusp of a Sept Callup with Pepi dropping off the map. Also... really love watching Wiley play for Atlanta. He doesn't get hyped as much as some of the other young players but the physical attributes pop.... and LB has been a historically difficult position for the USMNT. He isn't in the running for this WC but could be starting in the 2023 U20 WC and in the Olympics. One other interesting tidbit WRT young Yanks in the MLS... Caden Clark is not even on the bench for NYRB.... again. I think he has been deemed not worthy of the bench like 5 or 6 times this season. His loan from RBL ends this winter.... I wonder where he will be headed because it sure will not be Germany. Man... the kid loses his appendix and appears to have lost his skill along with it. Still young... but the hype train on this kid was quite loud and now all is quiet.
NYRB Broadcast just said Caden Clark played for NYRB II today and got red-carded about halfway thru. Yikes.
Brandon Vázquez against his old team. 😏That's four-straight games with a goal and 15 on the year for him. pic.twitter.com/SovdQuTZSi— Major League Soccer (@MLS) August 14, 2022
Ferreira goal 13th goal on the year for @Jesusfcd27 as he taps it in for the lead after just two minutes. #DTID pic.twitter.com/6hcD4E0qhF— Major League Soccer (@MLS) August 14, 2022
Gregg watching... who, Yedlin? Hey coach 👋#USMNT 🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/hzfbCOgqZw— Major League Soccer (@MLS) August 14, 2022
Ferreira just notch a second, thats 14 on the year. Thinking Ferreira and Vasquez are two of our locks at forward. If Pefok is number three, Im content going to battle with that

Vazquez, Pefok, and Ferreira are the locks if 3 strikers are chosen. Ferreira has been weak for the US but he'd be useful off the bench in a pressing role to close out games.
Ferreira is incredibly underrated, IMO. He might not have the touch or physical tools for the very best leagues, but he’s one of the best attackers in MLS at 21. At worst, I think he is going to be a long-time MLS star and quality contributor against concacaf competition. I can see him carving out a very solid career somewhere like France or Portugal, too.
JeBo just got one. Interesting guy for next cycle. I mean, its gotta say something when you score at that rate when you play for the Earthquakes.
Morales, maybe? Edit: I forgot Johnson. That would make sense. There's going to be a question about 3rd gk, quite possibly.
