Yeah, I'm thinking same, I should have waited for official Cat 3s, I bought the FRA v AUS Cat 2 in resale
regarding F1 in AUH, is it worth only going to qualifying Saturday? I haven't done F1 before but would like to do Sunday. I have to be in Qatar Monday for USA v Wales so don't want to risk missing that if I take a Monday flight...
This is what I've done since resale opened, I've changed 8 cat 2,s all for different matches for 8, cat3,s ....the 8 cat 2,s I've put up have all sold
Not sure how important USA v WALES is to you, but I would only consider missing the race for M64. That is, depending on who is playing...
I was very much into going to the F1, but honestly this season is more or less decided, unless you just wanna scratch off watching F1 off a list, I would not go. Plus, the AUH circuit is boring racing wise, not many overtakes.
FIFA going for triple/Quad dipping on fees once they place all of us in the last 20 rows and open last minute sales phase so we upgrade our cat3 to lower level locations lol
I already have a cat 2 for this match so was happy enough to try for a cat 3, it's actually the first time it's happened to me with a prepared link ...but I imagine there was some scramble for it
It happens when you use the dropdown page link and fifa is actually serving the select page. Fifa changed it for this match mid drop btw, so anyone refreshing page would be forced logged off.
YES!!!!! I bought myself a ticket (CAT2) for M33 - WALv.ENG. I had to use a second account to do it, since I've got ECUv.SEN earlier that evening. I may leave early from that one. I am VERY GLAD. That makes 2 matches each of my 4 days in Qatar for a total of 8 matches. (Now I need to work on applying for that India visa and hope Qatar loosens its Covid policies.)
Good article for those who don't frequent this thread, but if you do, then there really is nothing new in it for you. It goes over so many things that have been mentioned in this thread, that I have to wonder if the writer lurks here...lol: Trouble caused by late change to opening match Poor communications about accommodations High prices of accommodations People flying in from other countries on match days Uncertainty about when and where alcohol will be sold
