Ugh, Owen Goal in the building. Gaga probably could’ve done better there.

Um, might I suggest we win the match first.

    Like the spirit though.

Stupid play by Pineda. On the replay, not much SLONINA could do.

Awful way to give up the lead.

Yeah, can’t blame Gaga on that one but of course I posted before watching the replay.

That was a wide open first half.

If Ezra actually wants to go for the win, bring in Duran for Gimenez at half time.
Of course, Ezra won't do that.

Yep, of course if Pineda does not touch it, Gaga likely grabs it before a shot is taken.

I did tell some guys at the bar that we'd win 3-2 before the game started. So we score one goal in the 2nd half.

Why? We've dominated play. No need to change a thing.

Gaga needs to command his box. That goal was primarily his responsibility.

We’ve got an entire four man back line injured/unavailable tonight, so some mistakes aren’t surprising. After going down in the first minute, I’d have been happy if someone told me we’d be tied 2-2 at the half, but that goal right before the final whistle can be deflating at times. Let’s hope Ezra gets them motivated during the break and we find a way to bring home all three points.

They gave the goal to Swiderski. Good for my fantasy team (You think I'd bet on a Fire team with no CBs?)

Every single goal that has been scored in this game is something stupid happening. Both Fire goals were created by one player making a very stupid decision and another player following up from that.
Gaston should stop taking those dumb shots from way beyond the arc. But, Kacper got the followup (might have been slightly offside when the shot was taken, but they didn't check).
Then Torres with just the stupidest switch-up pass I've seen that I can actually remember. I mean, Mueller had no room to work with that ball, he looked like an infielder getting forced to run onto the grass to cover for an outfield shift. And then Fede has no business taking that shot, especially on the bounce like that. But, maybe that's what made the keeper stay still. He was just as confused as I was.

This field sucks -yeesh. I hate to be a turf snob, but gimme natural grass over this slick mess.

Charlotte does have a crisp kit. Can’t wait to see how adidas ********s it up in a few seasons.

    Przybyłko with another goal.
This is, by far, the best he has looked all season.
This is how he played in Philadelphia.

Good for him and great for the Fire.

Edit: The post saves a Przybyłko hat trick.

Shaqiri is placing the ball exactly where Przybyłko needs it.
Shaqiri has ben linking up well with Mueller, if he continues to do so with Przybyłko, that bodes very well for the rest of the season.
This is what we should expect every game.

As good as we’ve attacked tonight, Mueller has been non-existent. That’s a good sign if he can have an off night and we still produce goals.

He has had a couple of good passes, nothing impactful, and that's about it.

    Definitely
