One area where Aaronson will have to lead by example is discipline. Leeds last season were the least disciplined team in the Premier League I can remember going to back Benny Feilhaber's Derby County side in 07-08. Thankfully, Leeds managed to scrape just enough quality together to avoid relegation, but they can't continue to rack up 101 yellow cards a season and stay in the division.

[calm]: that just means the boys are fighting for the shirt and I won't apologize for it.

sorry any time I can work in a Football Manager reference I will. They do need to be more disciplined it seems.

Let's not have illusions that a young kid just coming to PL will be seen as a leader. Especially reserved Aaronson. He will play his game that never been dirty and that's it.

I’ve noticed this as well. Jessie seems only capable of playing a high octane, pressing, aggressive style. But he will need to learn a more cagey, even cynical style to succeed with Leeds, especially when overmatched by many if not most teams in the league.

I was going to buy a subscription for Peacock but then I realized that I can watch the 3rd & 4th games for Leeds, on Fubo TV.

Same, but out West, Spectrum must equal Xfinity (aka Comcast).

Good on Aaronson not giving up on the play that resulted in the Leeds equalizer. Don’t think that will count as an assist though (shame)

Today I learned the best fact ever. Leeds defender Throbbin’ Robbie Koch - guess what his father’s name is?

    Harry Koch.

Leeds' defense looks a bit too loose. They had the numbers to defend yet they allow a dangerous shot.

From the BBC at halftime: “Wolves' tricky front trio are causing plenty of problems, but arguably the most impressive player on the pitch has been American Brendan Aaronson, who never stops running, often to carry Leeds into dangerous areas.”

Opens his account. The Human Heat-Map. The Medford Messi. The American Havertz. Great finish and he’s been Leed’s best player.

Adams got the play going although admittedly he didn’t do anything special.

full on springing 50 yard to get in front of goal is nothing special if you are watching from a comfy couch.

It looked like an own goal live. You could see Aaronson telling his teammates that he didn’t touch it during the celebrations.

Bummer it was an own goal.

Leeds better tighten up the D in the dying minutes. The crowd is really helping them, tho. Great atmosphere
