I think Kaka is a better analogy than KDB. Prime Kaka is a very high ceiling for him to achieve though. His game is definitely more like the Brazilian than the Man City star.
This de Ketelaere kid has a bit of style, but he's more Gourcuff than Kaka. Gourcuff was a good player, just not at Milan and not after his injury setbacks. He didn't have a strong enough character.

If Dest plays RW rather than RB he can contribute a lot, and he is fully capable of playing RW. I have no idea if Vranckx is good enough. We'll see. But at least he adds depth to the midfield. I thought that all things considered, our mercato estivo wasn't bad. Actually better than I was fearing at an earlier point. Also, let's remember that only now RedBird took over. They issued a declaration that they intend to grant more resources to Maldini and Massara, so I'm hoping for a good January transfer window.
