    He looks fine to me.

Also, I love Brazilian club logos - simple and classic.

Leitch: We've signed no one all year waiting to see what your system is.

New coach: My system uses center backs.

IF that is his real X-ray, that's not too bad, clean breaks, no bone chips, surgery and a couple of pins.

So are we expecting a RB and a CB coming in?

We sold our LB. Marie and Salinas to be the LB?

What about DM/CM? We got a bunch of very one-sided midfielders who can tackle but not to keep or pass the ball, who can pass but mostly backward and can't run, who's tall but can't jump. Wait till offseason with a new coach? I think any coach can use a solid two-way central midfielder.

    CF depth?

PENCILS DOWN!! The MLS transfer window is now officially CLOSED! You can still sign free agents until September 2nd
If deals were submitted to the league offices before 11:59 pm EST, then the team can still announce the deal in the morning

Well, dammit. I have always liked Riqui Puig and have wanted him to get out of FCB so he can play, and he ends up at the frikin Galaxy!?! Can we please get some Silicon Valley billionaire to buy the EQ and spend some real $ on players??? Or maybe Roman Abramovich wants a team again.

How do you think Riqui will do in MLS? I saw a highlight video of him and he looks very good technically but I'm worried (or hopeful) he's too small.

Although Atomic Ant was small and he tore the league up.

Foreign acquisitions not MLS acquisitions. Jesse F. was criticized for that, or am I misunderstanding? Or were there only foreign players available now?

MLS players would still be under contract, but, not that you couldn't make a trade for them. This is the off season for many foreign leagues, so more players would be out of contract.

The criticism of Jesse was for exclusively making foreign acquisitions, not for making them in the first place.

Akapo is already 29 with just 20 First Division appearances and 27 caps with an African minnow.

Akapo and Espinoza appear to have both been youth players at Huracan, a now defunct Spanish club. I wonder if they overlapped?

Espinoza came up through the Argentine Huracan club, who are competing in the top tier in Argentina.

Giovinco always had potential in the Serie A but played on a team like Juventus where he was always the odd man out.

His height also may have had a factor in him not starting but he did mange some pretty spectacular goals while at Juve.

I recall he even scored 2 goals in a 6–1 win over Verona in an Italian Cup game just before signing with TFC.

Leaving the Quakes out of the equation, MLS is an athletic league where many foreign stars have come over and failed.

I don't know anything about Riqui Puig but as opposed to the Over 35’s who keep coming over, he is only in at 23 and he may have time to adjust which sadly, could be good for the Gals.
