agree with you and the only reason there are shorter gaps during group stages is becuase the tournament is shorter and they need to play 4 games per day instead of the usual 3.
Managed to resell through FIFA 4x Cat1 to USA-WAL, FRA-AUS, and WAL-IRN (had extra tix). Still waiting on SUI-CMR but not holding my breath on that one. Now let's just hope there isn't some glitch/gotcha with FIFA reimbursing at the wheelchair rate...lol.
Sorry, I think this was asked but no answered: if I offer for resale a ticket to a match, am I immediately able to buy a ticket to a different match that will be played at the same time, or must I wait for that first ticket to be sold?
I think you need to wait for the ticket to be sold! You can open a new account and buy from that account if you do not want to wait
Thats why knocks will get more improtance very soon. Better games better flights better accomodations..till now they were very easy to score but when fans struggle with accomodation or flights they will automarically go to knock outs
Ecuador TST tickets are still marked as Conditional and opponents are still marked as To Be Determined, even group opponents. Resale of tickets is not possible. Anybody have a similar issue for other teams? Maybe there is the same issue for other teams that qualified after the first First Come First Served sale? Or maybe this issue is only with Ecuador? Any replies much appreciated.
I understand why its a low demand match but I'm kinda surpised Japan v Costa Rica has 17 whole pages of resells right now, I can still see it being a very competitive match since if either germany or spain slips, winner of this has a good shot through to R16. Plus unique match up we would only get here
Ah, Ticketbastard x WC 2026 is a scary thought. We're years out but Ticketmaster is two WC 2026 Stadiums short of a monopoly. If they can get AT&T Stadium and Akron (and even if they don't), FIFA will be compelled to modernize the ticketing strategy and monetize it better. So long, CAT 4's as we know them! Let's enjoy these $70 World Cup games while we can. Ok, back to the search for M2 Cat 3's...
Exactly why I'll be at that match. And I expect watching the Japanese supporters to be hugely enjoyable.
They’re too polite. But seriously; the big draw that say is Germany Spain. All the energy will go to that match.
I'm also going to that game and I'm expecting Japan to make it out of that group - playing a revenge match against Belgium in R16.
I don't see FIFA giving up ticket control and they will continue with the way they have been doing things. Only difference is that 2026 tickets will be much more expensive compared to Qatar and will be hte most expensive WC to attend in terms of ticket face value prices. Only question is, are the tickets in Mexico and Canada priced differently compared to tickets for games in the US.
I was with Japanese AND Belgium friends watching that match in the middle of the night in Roppongi. Japan really made a fatal error and the entire city groaned.
They kept high pressing a counter attacking team with a 2-0 lead. . they're too polite. I would have bought in 2 butchers and it would have been 13 yellow cards in the second half! a world cup record! one per player on the pitch! if you don't get a yellow card we don't allow you on the bus to the hotel; you walk!
I would like to know this as well. at this moment I'm planning ot stay in Dubai and do match day flights, but I woudl like to cross out the Hayya card and have been thinking of booking one night on the $100 clusters to just get it done.
Not sure about Mexico, but costs in Canada will not be significantly different from the US. The US and Canada are essentially a common market using 2 currencies. Some exceptions apply, but not many. They even compete on which can elect the worse leadership - a race to the bottom. And as Toronto and Vancouver are by far the most expensive cities in Canada, I wouldn't expect a break in other costs either. It will certainly be cheaper to go to Kansas City than Toronto or Vancouver. Other US cities will be comparable - maybe a touch more expensive in some instances, such as New York.
Sorry my question wasn't clear, is there anything in the portal or terms and conditions stopping me from buying a 1900 and 2200 KO on the same day? Obviously it's a risk to miss some but anything actually stopping me doing it?
