Correct. We had to use it once last season when the sun was too hot for facial recognition to work--and, sadly, those machines did not work either. An usher had to use their personal phone to get us in.

Etienne saying "they thought they were gonna beat us" and laughing at the 3:50 mark was hilarious.

Also, it seems like the team has a good chemistry going on and they seem to be loose and enjoying themselves. That seems to be a bit of a change since earlier in the season.

With this marketing and performance, every game, aside from the game against the Fire that is at the same time as the Notre Dame game, should be a sellout.

 

That game coinciding with the ND will likely sellout. Even at the old stadium in the midst of the Precourt area, we consistently sold out home games coinciding with home OSU games. In fact, we had a home game the same night OSU hosted Cincy. We had 21k+ at Mapfre and OSU set a (then) attendance record of 108k at the Shoe.

 

I just went through the remaining home games on ticketmaster, and pending ticketmaster shenanigans, almost every remaining game including the midweek ones will be sell outs. The game against the Fire and the game against the redbulls have the most amount of nonresale tickets remaining.

 

Jimmy probably finds it a lot more fun than the Browns locker room after watching them get shit kicked out of them. Again.

Ticketmaster availability weeks in advance of a match doesn’t mean much.

Yeah but I checked the Chicago game right before Cucho played for the first time, and there were a lot more seats available then. Ticketmaster hijinks have not been as bad in the new stadium as they were during the STC and 2019 seasons.

 

Well, we’ll see. I don’t think it’s Ticketmaster hijinks as much as it is the club not releasing 100% of available tickets for sale until closer to matchday.

Undeniably, however, Cucho will lead to more tickets sold.

 

The fire game is now at 5:30 and will have Crew 2 play afterward in a traditional doubleheader.

Also I checked ticketmaster again for this weekends match, and they released more. So we may be about 500 short of a sell out. I was wrong.
