I’m surprised I didn’t go blind watching this fiasco

Or deaf, having to put up with the Philly fans enjoying this 7-0 record loss for DCU

there was no urgency from anyone

was hoping for a little (legal) physicality at least

the post game fireworks were pretty good, so there’s that

Love it. I gues they are "having fun" now that they don't have to meet Losada's expectations of dedication and professionalism.

I was actually debating seeing Sub-Radio perform at Union Stage tonight or watch DC at home. Seems I made the right choice Sub-Radio was insane. Great show you should check them out - sub-radio.com. Only downside was my buddies texting through the show about the stream of Philly scores.

My brother-in-law (Do I still call him that after the divorce?) invited me to tonight's Atlanta vs Austin game... Something tells me it's going to not be what happened in Philly last night.

Your right it was not fair to compare them to United's defense.

So the WaPo article says Guediri might be in line for an MLS contract. Unless it's for a janitorial position at Audi Field, no thanks. I thought Guediri was shit against Orlando, what is worse than shit against Philly? Also, last night Ashton channeling his mentor Tommy Soehn with the "innovative" 42nd minute sub.

If the team didn't offer anything after the 6-0 drubbing against NYCFC last year (which in some ways was worse than tonight's game), they're not going to do it after tonight.

they'd at least get 3rd place...

I would have been interested to see if Loudoun would have beaten them last night.

I actually had the exact same thought during this game. Take those stars off the shirt. No one involved with this club deserves to wear those. But I know that's not how it works.

People need to vote with their wallets and their presence.

fans have to vote with their wallets just like you said.

    1. don't attend.
    2. don't watch on TV
    3. cancel season tickets
    4. demand the 4 star removal
    5. don't buy merchandise

I don't see any other way.

I really thought after the new stadium the franchise would start to get turned around as per the 4 stars.

    It has not.

They are at best a USL level franchise now.

Anyone going to Wednesday's game can pay $80 to park in the lot south of the stadium. I'm predicting about 5K attendance for an 8:00 PM start. I'll be there, my first game back since returning from Italy. May wear a bag on my head at the start.

$80 for parking? That’s insane even by DC standards. That’s worthy of a bag even if the team wasn’t already stinking up the joint.

Well, I'm paying $30 to park in the lot on Half Street just west of S. Capitol. Price of parking also has become inflated -- I'm sure it's due to supply chain issues and the increased cost of maintaining a weed filled open lot.

“Having fun”. Jesus. They’re professional athletes, not my kids spending an afternoon at Funland in Rehobeth. They’re not being paid to have fun.

I swear, is there any other job other than professional sports where the boss is concerned that you’re not having fun at work?

Well, i guess we sort of have an answer...except Chad seems to be "fire-proof" since Goff says he's going back to an asst role. Chad must have the best agent of all time.

At this point the whole leadership team needs to take responsibility that includes, Rushton, Casper and Ashton and especially, Rushton and Casper since they are primarily responsible for the state of the team.

At this point, how is he not seen as part of the problem. Of course I keep forgetting he is the cruise and entertainment director for the players to ensure they keep fun in practices, workouts and games. I guess adding the Head Coaching duties were difficult to squeeze in.
