The local fans gave us their theory on this - the rich people in the area will want to show up to the finals and semi finals are buying these up and if its not them then others with this knowledge who will hold/flip these tickets to them later on.

 

Yeah it is true - it is my included. But still, the semi example is ludacris to me. I agree that the people who are going are getting to more matches but certainly there will be less people than normally. Moscow was full of people on opening weekend and there were only 2 matches, even Mexico Garmany was more easy to get.

I just accessed an account I got a pair of tickets on the last draw phase, but never paid for the application, but for my surprise, I can still pay for it.

The match shows no availability anymore (BRAxSRV), but the option to pay the tickets is WORKING.

Why do I have a feeling that they are phasing out the tickets instead of dumping them all at once. At the end of the day, they don't want an abandon portal from today all the way to Aug 16. I still believe tickets will show up.

 

Outside of a handful of matches, this is a low demand World Cup. The Qatari and FIFA people are panicking right about now.

I bet you are right but I don't think we will see a large dump from now until Aug 16. So how much time we going to waste? A lot of luck going forward will be needed

 

I am really starting to doubt this. Seems like every updated ticket availability takes a few minutes for it to disappear. I think demand is actually good.

one thing is for sure. Alot of the Cat 1 and Cat 2 tickets Will become Cat 3 tickets. One shouldnt panic and buy a Cat 1 ticket for a low demand match. I imagine being able to get some cheap tickets a couple of days before the matches

 

100% agree. No huge dumps at all. Few openings every once a while to keep the excitement level high. The last thing they want is that people "give up" and don't enter the portal at all.
